    摘要: The electric rotating machine includes a rotor, a stator having a stator core and a stator winding wound on the stator core, and a cooling liquid feeding function of applying cooling liquid to the coil end of the stator winding. The stator winding constituted by coils wound along the circumferential direction includes crossover portions each of which electrically connects the ends of two of the coils through which currents in the same phase flow, respectively. The crossover portions are arranged so as to overlap one another only partially in the circumferential direction. The cooling liquid feeding function applies the cooling liquid to at least one of the crossover portions.

    摘要: A light source supplies optical signal to an optical switch and a detector detects light receiving level. A control unit changes a deflection control amount for changing an angle of a tilt mirror, and outputs the deflection control amount to a driving unit. When an input and an output ports are same, optical offset of the tilt mirror is calculated based on optimal angle at which the light detector detects an optimal point of the light receiving level. Whenever the input and the output port are different, a structure parameter of the tilt mirror is calculated based on the optical offset and the optimal angle. The optical offset and the structure parameter are stored in a memory as a test result.

In such an ac generator, each pole piece has a chamfered surface at the tip. The chamfered surface increases a distance from the inside surface of the stator core as the chamfered surface becomes away from the circumferential center of the pole pieces. The chamfered surface has narrower area at the front half in the rotation direction than the rear half.

Part of the expanded light flux is irradiated directly on the photosensitive element as a reference beam. The remainder of the expanded light flux is diffused, and its optical direction is changed. Thus, the remainder of the expanded light flux not irradiated directly to the photosensitive element is converted into a scattered beam advancing as an object beam toward the photosensitive element. Each of the electric wires has a plurality of in-slot portions received in slots of the stator core and a plurality of turn portions that are located outside of the slots to connect the in-slot portions. The restraint is mounted to end parts of the turn portions belonging to a turn portion group of the electric wires to restrain relative radial movement between the turn portions of the turn portion group. All the turn portions of the turn portion group protrude from the same slot of the stator core. The end parts of the turn portions respectively adjoin the in-slot portions of the electric wires received in the same slot of the stator core and align with each other in a radial direction of the stator core.
