摘要: A process cartridge detachably mountable to a main assembly of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, includes an electrophotographic photosensitive drum; developing roller for developing an electrostatic latent image formed on the electrophotographic photosensitive drum; drum frame supporting the electrophotographic photosensitive drum; a developing frame supporting the developing roller, the developing roller being movable relative to the drum frame between a contacting position in which the developing roller is in contact with the electrophotographic photosensitive drum and a spacing position in which the developing roller is spaced from the electrophotographic photosensitive drum; a force receiving member, provided movably relative to the developing frame, for receiving an external force, wherein the force receiving member is capable of taking an operating position for moving the developing frame from the contacting position to the spacing position by receiving the external force, and a stand-by position retracted from the operating position; an urging portion for urging the force receiving member from the stand-by position toward the operating position; and an engaging portion for engaging with the force receiving member to hold the force receiving member in the stand-by position against an urging force of the urging portion.

摘要: An electrophotographic image forming apparatus includes a main assembly and a cartridge including a process device actable on an electrophotographic photosensitive member. The process cartridge is detachably mountable relative to the main assembly, with the cartridge including a first unit and a second unit pivotably connected with the first unit. An opening is provided in the main assembly of the apparatus for permitting mounting and demounting of the cartridge. An openable member is provided in the main assembly of the apparatus for openably closing the opening. An exposure device is provided on the openable member for exposing the electrophotographic photosensitive member. A first positioning portion is provided in the main assembly. The exposure device is provided with a second positioning portion for positioning between the exposure device and the second unit of the cartridge by engagement with the cartridge by closing the openable member.

摘要: The copper sulfide ore is leached in the halide bath without using a special oxidant but with the use of only air. The copper and gold in the copper sulfide ore can be leached at high leaching ratio.The treating steps are as follows. (1) Copper leaching process (CL). The raw material is charged into the first acidic aqueous solution, which contains cupric chloride, ferric chloride, 7 g/L of hydrochloric acid, and sodium chloride. The post-leach liquor contains copper in cuprous state ions and copper in cupric state ions. (2) Solid-Liquid separation step. The resultant solid and liquid of CL step are separated. (3) Air oxidation step (OX). Air is blown into the post solid-liquid separation liquor. The copper in cuprous state ions are oxidized to the copper in cupric state ions. The iron leached in the step (1) is oxidized. Simultaneously, the impurities leached in the step (2) are precipitated. (4) Copper extracting step (CEX). The copper is recovered from the post-liquor of the step (3) (5) Gold recovering step (AL). The residue separated in the step (2) is added to the leach liquor similar to that of the step (1). The steps (1) and (5) are carried out under the atmospheric pressure and at the temperature of boiling point or lower, while blowing air into the leach liquor.

摘要: An electrophotographic image forming apparatus for forming an image on a recording material, includes (i) a drum cartridge including an image bearing member and charging device for charging a surface of the image bearing member, the drum cartridge being demountably mounted to a main assembly of the electrophotographic image forming apparatus; a rotary supporting a plurality of developing device each having a developer carrying member for developing an electrostatic latent image formed on the image bearing member, the rotary being swingably mounted to the main assembly of the apparatus through a supporting member and being rotatable, relative to the supporting member, to bring the developing device to a developing position for developing the electrostatic latent image; (iii) a spacer member for spacing between the charging device and the surface of the image bearing member, the spacer member being mounted between the image bearing member and the charging device; and (iv) a locking member for spacing between the developing device positioned in the developing position and the image bearing member, the locking member being demountably mounted between the drum cartridge and the rotary, and the locking member being is provided with a guide portion for guiding the spacer member between the image bearing member and the charging device.

摘要: A method of obtaining copper from feedstock includes: providing feedstock into acid solution including chloride and bromide of one of alkali metal and alkali earth metal, and one of chloride of copper and iron and bromide of copper and iron; leaching monovalent copper and divalent copper with use of oxidizing power of at least one of iron ion and copper ion, with air being blown into the acid solution under an atmospheric pressure at a temperature less than a boiling point of the acid solution; solid-liquid separating the acid solution; blowing air into the solution; oxidizing copper in the solution; coprecipitating iron and impurity; extracting copper from the solution from which deposition including the coprecipitate is separated; obtaining the extracted copper into sulfuric acid solution as copper sulfate; obtaining copper from the copper sulfate; and recycling hydrochloric acid generated in the extracting in another copper leaching.
