摘要： The invention discloses multi-storey building structures of different sizes and purposes, built on long-span beams laid on cornerstones of minimal dimensions, on the opposite sidewalks of streets and the medians separating street lanes. Such buildings basically occupy the air-space above streets and roads and may be used for parking garages, residential, office and commercial space or for an optimal combination of them. Parking garages built on the air-space above intersections of roads may enable entry from any direction and exit to a different one, with or without parking and greatly contribute to the rationalization of car traffic in modern mega-cities. Such multi-storey buildings comprising in addition to parking garages, office, residential and commercial space, may save valuable timing wasted in going from one place to another.

摘要： The invention describes a Hearing Aid device composed of a cellphone and eyeglasses where some of the programs are carried out by components embedded onto the temples of eyeglasses and some programs by components which are inherently part of cellphones. The combined device improves the intelligibility of voice messages arriving both through the cellphone speaker, the connected earphones and directly through the free air. The user can call diverse programs suitable for different situations, by using inertial sensors embedded either in the eyeglasses or are inherently part of the cellphone.

摘要： A user can alternately send information to one of two parties on different telephone lines by mounting a microphone/speaker transducer in each ear, and connecting each transducer to a speech network device that is operatively connected to the respective telephone lines such that each transducer is connected to a different one of the telephone lines. The user may speak exclusively to only one of the parties by selectively muting the transmission of microphone signals through the speech network device connected to the telephone line connected to other party. Because the transducers are of the hands-free type, the user can easily manipulate the muting switch of one or the other of the speech network devices in accordance with which of the two parties to whom he wishes to speak in private.
