    Abstract: A pixel driving circuit includes a light-emitting control sub-circuit and a plurality of display control sub-circuits. The light-emitting control sub-circuit is connected to a light-emitting control signal terminal, a power supply signal terminal and a light-emitting control node, and is configured to transmit a power supply signal from the power supply signal terminal to the light-emitting control node in response to a light-emitting control signal received from the light-emitting control signal terminal. Each display control sub-circuit is connected to the light-emitting control node, a scan signal terminal, a data signal terminal, and a light-emitting element. Each display control sub-circuit is configured to, in response to a scan signal received from the scan signal terminal, output a driving signal according to the power supply signal and a data signal from the data signal terminal, so as to drive the light-emitting element to emit light.

    Abstract: A flexible substrate has at least one bendable region. The flexible substrate includes a flexible base, a first electrode layer disposed on the base, a first insulating layer disposed on a side of the first electrode layer away from the base, and a second electrode layer disposed on a side of the first insulating layer away from the base. The first electrode layer includes at least one first detection electrode, and the second electrode layer includes at least one second detection electrode. An orthogonal projection of a first detection electrode on the base overlaps at least partially with an orthogonal projection of a second detection electrode on the base. A region where orthogonal projections of the first detection electrode and the second detection electrode on the base are located overlaps with a bendable region.

    Abstract: A pixel structure includes a base substrate and a light emitting element on the base substrate. The light emitting element includes a reflective electrode, a light emitting layer on the reflective electrode, and a substantially transparent electrode on a side of the light emitting layer away from the reflective electrode. The reflective electrode has a reflective ridge configured to reflect light laterally transmitted through the light emitting layer to exit from a light emitting surface of the pixel structure. The reflective ridge has a first concave reflective sidewall extending from a peak of the reflective ridge to a base of the reflective ridge, and a second concave reflective sidewall extending from the peak of the reflective ridge to the base of the reflective ridge. The first concave reflective sidewall faces away from the second concave reflective sidewall.

    Abstract: A thin film transistor, a method for fabricating the same, a display substrate, and a display device are disclosed. The thin film transistor includes a gate, a source, a drain, and an active layer. Forming the active layer includes: forming a pattern comprising a thermal insulation layer; forming a pattern comprising an amorphous silicon layer on the thermal insulation layer, wherein the pattern comprising the amorphous silicon layer includes a first portion on the thermal insulation layer and a second portion extending beyond the thermal insulation layer; and treating the pattern comprising the amorphous silicon layer with a laser annealing process, so that the amorphous silicon layer grows grain in a direction from the second portion to the first portion to form the active layer from polycrystalline silicon.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing a display substrate. The display substrate includes multiple pixel island regions, empty regions and connection bridge regions. The preparation method includes: forming first grooves corresponding to the pixel island regions and second grooves corresponding to the connection bridge regions on a side of a hard underlay substrate; preparing the display substrate on a side of the underlay substrate where the first grooves and the second grooves are formed, wherein the pixel island regions are located in regions where the first grooves are located, the connection bridge regions are located in regions where the second grooves are located, and the empty regions are located in regions other than the first grooves and the second grooves; and separating the underlay substrate from the display substrate to obtain the display substrate.

    Abstract: A flexible display panel, a display device and a manufacturing thereof are disclosed. Hollow patterns are arranged in the lead wires in the bent region of the flexible display panel between the display region and the binding region. The hollow patterns can dissipate the stress accumulated on the lead wires during the bending and help the lead wires to release the stress when they are bent, thereby preventing breakage of the lead wires and improving the quality and reliability of the flexible display panel.
