The display panel includes a driving backplane and a light emitting device layer, and the driving backplane includes multiple pixel driving circuits, the light emitting device layer includes multiple light emitting units distributed in an array, the light emitting unit includes multiple light emitting devices stacked in a direction away from the driving backplane, and light emitting devices other than a light emitting device closest to the driving backplane in a direction perpendicular to the driving backplane are transparent devices; and in the same light emitting unit, at least part of the light emitting devices are coupled to the pixel driving circuits for emitting light under driving of the pixel driving circuits, and at least two light emitting devices in the same light emitting unit have different light emitting materials.

Abstract: A display substrate, a display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display substrate includes: a base substrate (1), and a color film structure (2) and a transparent conductive oxide film layer (3) subsequently laminated on the base substrate (1). The color film structure (2) includes a plurality of color filter units arranged in a matrix and having different colors; at least one color of the color filter units in the color film structure (2) includes at least two layers of laminated color filter films, refractive indices of the color filter films gradually increase in a direction from the base substrate (1) towards the transparent conductive oxide film layer (3), and one layer of the color filter films adjacent to the base substrate (1) has refractive index larger than that of the base substrate (1), one layer of the color filter films adjacent to the transparent conductive oxide film layer (3) has refractive index less than that of the transparent conductive oxide film layer (3). The display substrate reduces the loss of light transmitted in the display panel, and thus the display brightness of the display device is increased.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an organic light emitting transistor, a display panel and a display apparatus. At least part of a first micro-nano grating structure is provided on a side of the electron transport layer away from the base substrate, such that at least part of a second micro-nano grating structure is provided on a side of the first electrode away from the base substrate. The first micro-nano grating structure and the second micro-nano grating structure can reduce the wave vector in the waveguide effect plane, thus effectively reducing the wave vector in the plane. When the wave vector in the plane is smaller than the wave vector in the free space, the plasma mode will be excited to convert into an emittable mode, thus effectively extracting the emitted light.
