    Abstract: A method of making a spacer cage is disclosed. The method may include providing a tube having an outer diameter, a first second, a second section and a middle section having a first end connected to the first section and a second end connected to the second section, cutting the middle section to form strut elements of the spacer cage and cutting a plurality of longitudinal slits in the first and second sections to allow radial expansion of the first and second sections, expanding the tube using a mandrel, heat setting the tube while on the mandrel, and subsequent the heat setting, removing the first and second sections from the tube.

    Abstract: The present disclosure, in its various aspects, is directed generally to medical devices, and more specifically to catheter accessory devices and related systems and methods. In an embodiment, an instrument accessory device may include a body with an instrument lumen through which an instrument may extend through. An expandable member may be disposed about the distal end of the body. An elongate delivery member may be attached to the body and in communication with the expandable member at a distal end of the delivery member. The delivery member may be configured to slide the instrument lumen of the body and the expandable member along the length of the instrument when extended therethrough.     Abstract: A transport and delivery system which may be used for injectable materials such as radioactive injectables. The system includes a base configured to hold a material transport device containing the injectable material, and a cover including a material delivery system and a material access device. The cover is configured to be mated over the base to result in alignment of the material access device with the material transport device to allow the material delivery system to deliver the injectable materials from within the material transport device to a patient.
