Abstract: A system receives a media sample. The system then identifies a critical portion of the media sample. The media sample is split into a verification sample comprising the critical portion of the media sample. The verification sample is decomposed into a first and second layer. A first hash value is generated based on the first layer by applying a hash function to a first code element from the verification sample. A second hash value is generated based on the second layer by applying the hash function to a second code element from the verification sample. A blockchain transaction is generated comprising a profile associated with the user. The transaction is stored as a block in a blockchain ledger.

Abstract: Systems for contactless authentication and event processing are provided. In some examples, functionality of a self-service kiosk may be requested. In response, a user may be authenticated and a first interactive user interface may be generated and displayed by the self-service kiosk. A second, different interactive user interface may be generated and transmitted for display by an event processing device. A user may select an option displayed by the event processing device. The user selection may be made via the second interactive user interface. The user selection may then cause the self-service kiosk to execute the selected function.

Abstract: Systems for contactless event processing are provided. In some examples, functionality of a self-service kiosk may be requested. In response, a user may be authenticated and a first interactive user interface may be generated and displayed by the self-service kiosk. A user may capture an image of the generated first interactive user interface displayed by the self-service kiosk using, for instance, an image capture device of a user computing device. The captured image may be displayed by a display of the user computing device and the user may provide user input to the user computing device selecting a displayed option. The user input may be processed and mapped to functionality associated with the self-service kiosk. Based on the mapping, one or more instructions or commands may be generated and transmitted to the self-service kiosk. The self-service kiosk may execute the instructions or commands to execute the requested functionality.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for authenticating and tracking resource distributions of secondary users. The system is configured for receiving a registration request from a primary user, wherein the registration request is associated with registration of one or more secondary users, in response to receiving the request, generating user credentials for each of the one or more secondary users, associating the user credentials with a primary user identification of the primary user, receiving a resource distribution request from a secondary user of the one or more secondary users, authenticating the secondary user, and processing the resource distribution request based on authenticating the secondary user.

Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for information transfer between communication channels. The present invention is configured to electronically receive, via a first communication channel associated with an entity, information associated with a transfer of resources from a user at a first time; initiate one or more machine learning algorithms at on the information associated with the transfer of resources at the first time; generate, using the one or more machine learning algorithms, a summary of the information associated with the transfer of resources; electronically receive an indication that the user wishes to transfer to a second communication channel; and initiate a communication channel transfer protocol to transmit the summary of the information associated with the transfer of resources to the second communication channel.

Abstract: A system includes a first database, a second database, a first processor, a second processor, a third processor, and a fourth processor. The first database includes a first segment assigned to the first processor and a first transaction type and a second segment assigned to the second processor and a second transaction type. Each of the first and second processors receives a request, assigned to its associated transaction type, from the third hardware processor, to store data in the first database. The processor then writes the data into the segment of first database assigned to the processor/transaction type. The processor further stores a command to write the data into the second database in a queue. The fourth processor then executes the commands stored in the queue, thereby writing the data into the second database.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to real-time knowledge-based widget prioritization and display. A computing platform may detect, via a computing device, a voice-based interaction between an enterprise agent and a customer. Then, the computing platform may cause, via the computing device, the voice-based interaction to be captured as audio data. The computing platform may then transform the audio data to textual data. Subsequently, the computing platform may identify, in the textual data, a customer query. Then, the computing platform may retrieve, in real-time and based on the voice-based interaction and from a repository of widgets, a first widget, where the first widget includes information at least partially responsive to the customer query. Then, the computing platform may display, to the enterprise agent and via a graphical user interface in use by the enterprise agent, the first widget.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a scanner and a resolution engine. The scanner detects first and second software exceptions. The scanner also determines that the first software exception occurred previously in a plurality of desktops and that the second software exception did not occur previously in the plurality of desktops. The resolution engine determines a first solution and a second solution for resolving the first software exception and that the first solution has a higher ranking than the second solution. The resolution engine also generates a software patch that implements the first solution and deploys the software patch. The resolution engine further determines a series of steps implemented to resolve the second software exception and records the series of steps to prepare a second software patch if the second software exception occurs again in the plurality of desktops.

Abstract: A computing platform may receive video, audio, and/or biometric information of one or more people. The computing platform may identify the people based on a comparison of the video, audio, and/or biometric information to stored information in one or more user profiles each associated with the people. For example, the computing platform may compare multiple types of biometric information, including fingerprint, retina scan, facial features, and the like, as part of a process for identifying the people. The computing platform may further determine one or more interactions between the people, and, based on the interactions, determine and/or identify a relationship between the people. The identified relationships may further be used for confirming identifies of the people. Based on the identifications (e.g., biometric, video, audio, relationships), the computing platform may further provide access for the people to one or more services.
