Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a radio link monitoring method and apparatus, the method comprising: when a UE performs radio link monitoring, the UE monitors a downlink signal of a primary serving cell to obtain monitoring results; and the UE compares the monitoring results with an required synchronization threshold to determine whether the UE is in a synchronized state; the synchronization threshold is determined on the basis of preset parameters. The present invention solves the problems in the prior art of the complexity of defining RLM performance requirements, and being unable to provide the needed flexibility for supporting different specific systems by means of adjusting thresholds.

Abstract: The present application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method and device for random access, for use in resolving the problem in the prior art of conflict between a time domain resource used by a terminal for random access and a time domain resource occupied for transmission of a SS Block and/or RMSI. In embodiments of the present application, a terminal determines a PRACH time domain resource configured by a base station for the terminal; when determining that at least one time slot comprises a first type of OFDM symbols used for transmission of a SS Block and/or RMSI, the terminal performs random access by means of OFDM symbols different from the first type of OFDM symbols in the at least one time slot. In the embodiments of the present application, the terminal performs random access by means of OFDM symbols different from the first type of OFDM symbols in the time slot, so that conflict between the time domain resource used for random access and the time domain resource occupied for transmission of the SS Block and/or RMSI is avoided, and the system performance is further improved.

Abstract: A random access method, a base station and a User Equipment (UE) are provided. A random access method applied to a base station side includes: receiving, by using a pre-configured first SubCarrier Spacing (SCS), a first random access preamble message transmitted by a UE when the base station instructs the UE to perform an initial access according to a contention-based random access mechanism; transmitting, by using a predetermined second SCS or a third SCS configured by a network, a first Random Access Response (RAR) message to the UE; receiving, by using a predetermined fourth SCS or a fifth SCS configured by the network, a first scheduling transmission message transmitted by the UE; and transmitting, by using a predetermined sixth SCS or a seventh SCS configured by the network, a first collision resolution message to the UE, to complete the initial access.

Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method, device, and system. The method comprises: for the transmission of random access uplink data, according to the correspondence between preambles and data resources as described by a protocol, determining the data resource corresponding to the preamble in the uplink data transmission, different preambles corresponding to different data resources; transmitting the preamble and the uplink data that uses the determined data resource. In the embodiments of the present invention, a protocol describes the correspondence between preambles and data resources. For the transmission of random access uplink data, the data resource corresponding to the preamble in the uplink data transmission can be determined, and different preambles correspond to different data resources. Thus it can be ensured that different users use different data resources to bear uplink data, thereby enabling the data portion multiplexing for multiple users.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application is a method and a device of estimating a timing location. The method includes: for each preamble subsequence, acquiring a detection window in which a peak value of a correlation value power of each preamble subsequence is located; accumulating the correlation value powers of all corresponding locations in the acquired detection window of each preamble subsequence, to obtain a cumulative sum of the correlation value powers corresponding to each location, wherein, in the accumulation, the correlation value powers of the preamble subsequence are within detection window in which peak values of respective correlation value powers are located; determining, according to the cumulative sum of the correlation value powers, peak power and noise power; and estimating, according to the peak power and the noise power, a timing location. The present application can solver the problem of a current M-stage preamble sequence solution in which a larger large frequency offset greatly impacts timing location estimation precision.
