Abstract:
A widener is provided, including: a base, a pushing assembly and a driving assembly. The base includes an inner space, a first passage and a second passage which are communicated with one another, and the first passage is transverse to the second passage. The pushing assembly includes a first pushing board, a second pushing board and a linkage member. The first pushing board is positioned at the base. The linkage member is movably inserted within the second passage. The second pushing board comovably connected with the linkage member. The driving assembly includes a tube body, a driving member and a driving block. The tube body defines a driving space, and the driving block is movably received in the driving space. An end of the tube body is connected with the first passage and the driving space is communicated with the inner space.
Abstract:
A receptacle connector for receiving a complementary plug includes an insulative housing (100), a number of contacts (200) received in the housing, a metallic shell (300) partially covering the housing and a pair of fixing members (400) assembled between the housing and the shell. The housing has a pair of end walls (103) including a top wall and a bottom wall, a rear wall (104), a pair of side walls (102), and a receiving space (105) defined therebetween for receiving the complementary plug. The rear wall defines a number of receiving channels (113). The top wall defines a top surface (117) and a plurality of receiving slots (111) opened on the top surface. Each contact includes a retention portion (201), a contact portion (202) and a tail portion (205). The top wall forms a protrusion (112) protruded in each receiving slot, and each contact portion has a free end (204) abutting against the protrusion and being capable of moving in the receiving slot when the contact portion is engaged with and deflected by the complementary plug.
Abstract:
A glove iron comprises a cloth body and a power unit disposed in the cloth body. The cloth body includes a cloth fiber layer, a heat insulation layer, and an electrothermal fiber layer. The cloth fiber layer forms an accommodating space. The power unit is disposed on the cloth fiber layer, and corresponds to the heat insulation layer and the electrothermal fiber layer. The power unit is electrically connected to and provides power for the electrothermal fiber layer. The electrothermal fiber layer can also be replaced with the combination of an electrothermal membrane and a second cloth fiber layer. A user can use the glove type iron to iron a piece of clothing or material.
Abstract:
In accordance with the present invention, the circuit apparatus has a first and a second connection point each for respectively connecting to the first bay and second bay for communicating with them to determine which device in the bays is the master device. The circuit apparatus also has a third and a fourth connection point both of them for connecting to the first bay or second bay for receiving the Boolean algebra to determine which device is the master device. The circuit apparatus further has a fifth connection point for determining whether the circuit apparatus works.

Abstract:
A hard-disk assembly apparatus includes a storage structure and multiply hard-disk racks. The storage structure in a box format with a positioning device at its outer circumference is configured at different heights according to different industrial computer cases for constituting different storage spaces to be inserted with either the hard-disk racks in different quantities or multiply hard-disk racks together with a DVD device. Thereby the storage structure can be assembled into an industrial computer case without modifying the industrial computer case for achieving a DIY objective as well as both convenience and low cost for the industrial computer assembly.
Abstract:
A method for route simulation operation on a navigation system is able to complete the route simulation operation within a short period of time. The method includes the steps of: calculating a route from a starting point to a destination; determining a first route simulation speed for a preset number of first turns from the starting point; determining a second route simulation speed for a preset number of last turns before the destination; determining a third route simulation speed for a remaining part of the calculated route; and displaying a progression indicator on the calculated route to the destination on a map image on the screen of the navigation system and moving the progression indicator based on the simulation speeds determined in the above steps.

Abstract:
A method and apparatus prevents interference between a radio signal from RDS-TMC service provider for receiving traffic and travel data by an RDS-TMC receiver and a radio signal for transmitting audio, text, or image data from an FM modulator. The method includes the steps of starting an operation of the receiver system, stopping an operation of the FM modulator while keeping operation of the RDS-TMC receiver, examining whether an RDS-TMC signal from a service provider is available at a current location, receiving the RDS-TMC signal and retrieving RDS-TMC data therefrom, sending the retrieved RDS-TMC data to an audio/video system, and starting the operation of the FM modulator while allowing to output an FM signal from the FM modulator at allowable frequency bands which are outside of a blocked range to send data to the audio/video system.
