Abstract: The present application discloses a map data updating method, an apparatus, a device and a readable storage medium. The specific implementation solution is: after receiving road information reported by an electronic device, a server obtains multiple sequences according to the road information, and each road information belonging to the same sequence has the same type and location. After that, the server inputs each road information contained in the sequences to a pre-trained neural network model, so that the neural network model outputs a recognition result according to the sequences. The server updates map data according to the recognition result. With such solution, valid road information is recognized by combining context of each road information in the sequences and the neural network technology, and the map data is updated, which achieves the purpose of accurately updating the map data.

Various techniques may be used to determine customized content. Additionally, certain systems may be interactive to allow user responses and follow-up content via on-board vehicle devices or other user devices.

Abstract: A system includes a transmitter coupled to a vehicle and a client system. The transmitter broadcasts a wireless signal. The client system includes a receiver that receives the wireless signal from the transmitter. The client system determines an identifier within the wireless signal, compares the identifier within the wireless signal to a list of identifiers, and in response to determining that the identifier within the wireless signal matches a particular identifier within the list of identifiers, generates an alert that the vehicle is approaching.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a cluster application generates navigation-related data based on observations received from vehicles. In operation, the cluster application computes an oriented distance between two observed object positions based on a heading, where each observed object position is associated with a different one of two observations. The cluster application then generates a cluster that includes the two observations based on the oriented distance. Subsequently, the cluster application computes an object position that is associated with the cluster based on the two observations. The cluster application transmits the object position and at least one characteristic associated with the observations to a update application that generates an update to a road database. Because the cluster application computes the object position based on multiple observations that are likely of a single object, the object position associated with the cluster may be more reliable than the observed object positions.

Abstract: A system of broadcasting information related to hazards impacting vehicle travel may include a mobile device configured to: (1) mount within a vehicle dashboard cradle so that the mobile device is positioned to take images forward of a vehicle; (2) collect telematics data, with customer permission or affirmative consent, when the vehicle is moving, including GPS location, speed, heading, lane, braking, cornering, acceleration, and/or route data of the vehicle; (3) generate an alert based upon the telematics data and the images, and/or broadcast data including the images and the telematics data; and/or (4) broadcast the alert and/or the data collected to (a) a nearby vehicle(s) and/or (b) a smart infrastructure component(s) to facilitate warning of hazards upon the nearby vehicle(s) and/or the smart infrastructure component(s) receiving and processing the alert and/or the broadcasted data. Insurance discounts may be generated based upon the risk mitigation or prevention functionality.

Further, when a message notifying that an emergency vehicle is currently being dispatched is received from an emergency situation notification device which may be installed in the emergency vehicle, etc., a control center server controls emergency situation display devices, which are installed in street lights in the proceeding direction of the vehicle currently being dispatched, to properly generate warning signs.
