    Abstract: A method for receiving information, a method for sending information, a terminal and a network device are provided. The method for receiving information includes: receiving indication information, where the indication information is used for indicating at least one transmission configuration indicator TCI state of a demodulation reference signal DMRS port on one or more resources allocated to the terminal; determining a correspondence between the at least one TCI state on the one or more resources and a code division multiplexing CDM group to which the DMRS port belongs; and receiving information according to the correspondence between the TCI state on the one or more resources and the CDM group to which the DMRS port belongs.

    Abstract: Provided are an array selection method, a terminal, a network device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: sending assistance information to a network device, wherein the assistance information comprises at least one of the following: identifier information of an optimal reference signal required for uplink transmission, and an array-based maximum power reduction (P-MPR) value corresponding to one or more arrays of a terminal when a maximum power exposure (MPE) event occurs; and receiving indication information sent by the network device on the basis of the assistance information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating an array used by the terminal for subsequent uplink transmission, or for indicating that the terminal performs new uplink beam scanning. The embodiments of the present application avoid the uplink coverage loss caused by an MPE issue.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a determining transmission resources method and apparatus, and a storage medium.     Abstract: The present application provides a transmission failure recovery method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. A reference signal corresponding to a group of control resource sets CORESETs or a beam failure detection reference signal BFD RS set is determined; and a transmission failure recovery request is transmitted to a network device if the reference signal meets a predefined condition, where the transmission failure recovery request is used for indicating the network device to perform transmission failure recovery on the group of CORESETs. Since network device is triggered to enable a transmission failure recovery mechanism on a group of CORESETs when a reference signal corresponding to the group of CORESETs meets a predefined condition, a transmission delay for data on a transmission point with failed beam transmission is reduced, thereby improving communication quality.

The uplink power control method comprises: determining, according to the power capability of a terminal device, a power control scaling rule for an uplink signal, and/or determining, according to a first instruction message from a network device, the power control scaling rule; and processing the power of the uplink signal according to the scaling rule, and determining, according to the processed power, the transmission power of the uplink signal at each antenna port.
