    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for determining an RA-RNTI. In the present application, a base station receives a random access preamble sent by a terminal; the base station determines an RA-RNTI according to a time-frequency resource occupied by the random access preamble, wherein the time-frequency resource is a time-frequency resource of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol level; and the base station sends a random access response message, wherein the random access response message comprises downlink control information allocated, by the base station, for the terminal, and the downlink control information is scrambled using the RA-RNTI. By means of the present application, an RA-RNTI can be determined during a random access process of an NR system.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method, device, apparatus for transmitting and receiving a request signal, comprising: a base station determines a channel occupancy request signal to be transmitted, the channel occupancy request signal being a request signal for requesting channel occupancy to a terminal after the base station executes a listen-before-talk operation on the direction corresponding to at least one beam; the base station schedules transmission of the channel occupancy request signal on a downlink control channel; the terminal detects the downlink control channel that schedules the transmission of the channel occupancy request signal; and the terminal receives the channel occupancy request signal according to a detection result. The use of the present invention overcomes a defect of the prior art that has no design for the channel occupancy request signal, and implements transmission of an eNB channel occupancy request signal. Furthermore, the solution further provides a solution that can achieve the lowest power consumption.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method and device. The data transmission method comprises: after executing an LBT operation in a direction corresponding to at least one beam, a base station sending to a terminal a channel occupation request signal to request channel occupation; and after receiving a signal indicating that a channel is allowed to be occupied, the base station transmitting data on the beam sending the channel occupation request signal. The signal feedback method comprises: the terminal receiving the channel occupation request signal sent to the terminal by the base station on the at least one beam, and the channel occupation request signal is a signal for requesting channel occupation; and after correctly receiving the channel occupation request signal, the terminal feeding back, on the beam on which the signal is received, to the base station the signal indicating that the channel is allowed to be occupied.

    Abstract: A signal processing method and a signal processing apparatus are provided in the present application. A network device configures a paging early indication for a terminal device in an idle state, where the paging early indication is used for indicating monitoring of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) of at least one paging occasion, and/or monitoring of at least one PDCCH with different paging contents; after the network device sends the paging early indication to the terminal device, the terminal device can accurately indicate physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring at a paging occasion, which avoids unnecessary false wake-up or non-wake-up caused by a paging occasion conflict, thereby reducing power consumption of the terminal device.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. In the present invention, transmitted downlink control information at least comprises one or more of the following information fields: a first information field used for indicating the frequency domain resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, a second information field used for indicating the time frequency resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, and a third information field used for indicating the scheduled N users. As the resource size occupied by the transmission resources in the frequency domain and/or in the time domain is indicated by means of the downlink control information, transmission of downlink control information can be implemented in flexible resource allocation scenarios having variable transmission time intervals.
