The controlling means drives the motor until the movable panel reaches the full-closed position while moving towards the full-closed position by the operating member being operated even if the operating member is released after the movable panel reaches the half-closed position.

The dielectric ceramic layers are composed of the dielectric ceramic composition described above, and the internal electrodes are composed of a base metal as a principal constituent.
