Abstract:
A hairstyling tool for attaching various hair articles to a banded ponytail by inserting a bead that is attached to a hair article, through a banded ponytail center axis. The very center axis of a banded ponytail has a lot of tension. If a bead, or similar tapered device, is pushed through the banded ponytail center axis, toward a person's scalp, it locks into place. If a hair article is attached to an end of the bead, the hair article stays secured to the ponytail.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a roof antenna (1) for mounting on a roof (2) of a vehicle, said roof antenna (1) having a base plate (7) and an antenna cover (3) that can be connected to the base plate (7). A printed circuit board (4) with antenna elements and at least one plug connection (5) is arranged under the antenna cover (3). The base plate (7) has detent hooks (11) for pre-attaching on the roof (2) and fixing means for a final assembly, said fixing means being designed as a central dome (6) with a screw thread and a star handle (12) that interacts with the dome (6).
Abstract:
A housing for an electronic device in automotive technology has two molded-plastic housing parts fittable together to form a cavity and a membrane hinge unitarily formed with the parts and permitting relative pivoting of the parts between an open position and a closed position. The electronic device is secured in the cavity between the parts. Respective snap formations on the parts are fittable together only in the closed position in a condition of one of the parts bearing with prestress on the other part for securing the parts together against separation. One of the snap formations is elastically deformable transversely of an opening direction into and out of latching engagement with the other of the formations.
Abstract:
A method for purging a manifold for the delivery of a high purity chemical by injecting of a purge gas into the manifold under vacuum conditions. In one embodiment, the method comprises a first step of injecting a purge gas into the manifold at a first end while applying vacuum at a second end; a second step of closing the first end and evacuating the manifold by applying vacuum at the second end; and a third step of opening the first end and injecting purge gas into the manifold at the first end while applying vacuum at the second end, causing a turbulent flow of the purge gas along the internal walls of the manifold due to the pressure differential between the purge gas and the evacuated manifold. An effective removal of residuals of the high purity chemical within the manifold is thereby achieved.
Abstract:
A system for purging high purity interfaces connecting a high purity chemical container to process lines comprises a first purging manifold, connected at one end to a first adapter manifold extending from the high purity chemical container, and connected at the other end either to a process tool, to a second high purity container, to a source of gas, or to a source of vacuum on one side, or to a source of vent or to a source of vacuum on the other side; and a second purging manifold connecting the second adapter manifold either to a source of push gas, a source of purge gas, or a source of vacuum; or to a source of vent. A related method comprises blowing purge gas through both the first and the second purging manifolds, and, optionally, applying vacuum to both purging manifolds.
Abstract:
A device (1) for making electrical contact of a first contact partner with at least one further contact partner by way of contact-element, whereby according to the invention the contact element (1, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16) is electrically conductive and elastically deformable and is so shaped that because of its shape an be secured in a housing of an electronic device.
