    Abstract: A shaft linear motor includes an armature portion, a magnetic way and a sealing resin. The armature portion includes a frame, two ribs and a bobbin. The frame is formed with a receiving space therein. The two ribs are disposed on an inner wall of the frame. The ribs are respectively formed with a sectional surface. The bobbin is disposed in the receiving space and formed with an axially penetrated hole. The magnetic way is linearly and movably disposed in the axially penetrated hole. The sealing resin is fully filled in the receiving space for wrapping the inner wall of the frame and the sectional surfaces.

    Abstract: A linear motor includes a case, a magnet assembly and a coil assembly. The case is disposed along a first direction. The magnet assembly includes at least two first magnets, among which the first magnets are disposed corresponding to and between two first magnetic yokes, respectively. The coil assembly includes a winding coil having an exposed portion, among which the exposed portion is extended along a second direction and disposed between the two first magnetic yokes, and the exposed portion is at least partially overlapped with the two first magnets in a third direction. As a result, the coil assembly and the case are driven to reciprocate along the first direction by the winding coil due to the magnetic force, thereby solving the magnetic disturbing issue, enhancing the driving force of the linear motor, and optimizing the mechanical rigidity.

    Abstract: A power module of an electric assisted bicycle is disclosed and includes a pedal shaft, a housing, a motor, a reducer and a gear-plate output shaft and a sensing component. The housing includes a partition portion extended along a radial direction to divide an inner space of the housing into a motor accommodation portion and a reducer accommodation portion for accommodating the motor and the reducer, respectively. A stator of the motor and a fixed gear are respectively fixed to a first side and a second side, which are two opposite sides of the partition portion. A reducer input shaft includes two ends connected to the motor and the reducer, respectively, and an input-shaft main part disposed therebetween is connected to a third side of the partition portion. With the connection configuration of the three sides of the partition portion, the space utilization of the entire power module is optimized.

    Abstract: A cycloid speed reducer includes an input shaft, a rolling assembly, first and second cycloid discs, a crankshaft and an output disc. The first and second cycloid discs are disposed around the input shaft and driven by the input shaft. The first and second cycloid discs are located at two opposite sides of the rolling assembly, respectively.     Abstract: A linear-rotary actuator includes a base, a first linear motor, a second linear motor, a linear rail, and a ball screw. The first and second linear motors are disposed on the base and respectively have a coil assembly and a magnet backplane. The linear rail is located on the base. The ball screw includes a screw and a nut, wherein the screw is connected to the first linear motor, and the nut is connected to the second linear motor. When the screw and the nut are driven by the first and second linear motors to move along the linear rail in a synchronized manner, the linear-rotary actuator provides linear motion output. When the nut is driven by the second linear motor to move along the linear rail in an asynchronous manner with respect to the screw, the linear-rotary actuator provides rotary motion output.

    Abstract: The linear driving system comprises a motor, a screw shaft and a table. The motor comprises a rotor, a stator and a ball bearing. The stator comprises a shaft part and a spiral part. The shaft part and the spiral part jointly comprise an accommodation space. The spiral part comprises a first helical protrusion formed on the inner surface thereof. The screw shaft is coaxially coupled with the rotor. One end of the screw shaft comprises a second helical protrusion formed on the outer surface thereof, and the screw shaft is accommodated within the accommodation space. The table is fixed on the other end of the screw shaft. The first helical protrusion is engaged with the second helical protrusion. When the rotor is rotated, the rotor drives the screw shaft and the table to move forward or backward linearly in the direction of the axial of the rotor.
