    Abstract: A motor control system includes an electric motor and inverter. The electric motor includes a stator, rotor, and winding structure. The stator includes an iron core with a plurality of slots formed therein along a radial direction of the stator. The winding structure has a plurality of hairpin wires with pins disposed in the slots. The winding structure is configured to provide a plurality of phase windings and each phase winding includes a plurality of motor windings. The inverter includes a switching controller configured to control the turning-on and turning-off of the motor windings of each phase winding of the winding structure. When the electric motor operates in a high-speed mode, the switching controller controls the turning-on and turning-off of the motor windings of each phase winding such that a number of the phase windings turned-on is ⅓ less than a number of all the phase windings.

    Abstract: A stator is applied in an electrical motor. The stator includes a hollow iron core and a plurality of coil windings. The hollow iron core has two opposite surfaces and a plurality of accommodating spaces communicated with the surfaces. The accommodating spaces are arranged in an annular pattern. Each of the coil windings includes a plurality of wires winded via the accommodating spaces. Portions of the wires of the coil windings located in the accommodating spaces are radially concentrically arranged to form a plurality of winding layers. In at least one of the accommodating spaces, a wire cross-sectional area of the wire of the innermost one of the winding layers is smaller than a wire cross-sectional area of the wire of the outermost one of the winding layers.

    Abstract: A motor stator has a core and first, second and third hairpin wires. The core has slots, an insertion side and an extension side. Each first hairpin wire has its first hairpin first leg inserted into a third layer of the slots and its first hairpin second leg inserted into a sixth layer of the slots. Each second hairpin wire has its second hairpin first leg inserted into a fourth layer of the slots and its second hairpin second leg inserted into a fifth layer of the slots. Each third hairpin wire has its third hairpin first leg inserted into a first layer of the slots and its third hairpin second leg inserted into a second layer of the slots. At the extension side, a plurality of immediately-adjacent hairpin legs are connected to form first and second winding sets.

    Abstract: A motor stator structure includes a core and plural hairpin wires. The core has slots, an insertion side, and an extension side. Each slot has an innermost layer, a second inner layer, a second outer layer and an outermost layer configured in a radial direction of the core. The hairpin leg protruding from the innermost layer extends for a first span distance, the hairpin leg protruding from the second inner layer extends for a second span distance, the hairpin leg protruding from the second outer layer extends for a third span distance, and the hairpin leg protruding from the outermost layer extends for a fourth span distance. The first span distance is different from the second span distance. The third span distance is different from the fourth span distance. The first and fourth span distances are substantially the same. The second and third span distances are substantially the same.

    Abstract: A linear motor includes a case, a magnet assembly and a coil assembly. The case is disposed along a first direction. The magnet assembly includes at least two first magnets, among which the first magnets are disposed corresponding to and between two first magnetic yokes, respectively. The coil assembly includes a winding coil having an exposed portion, among which the exposed portion is extended along a second direction and disposed between the two first magnetic yokes, and the exposed portion is at least partially overlapped with the two first magnets in a third direction. As a result, the coil assembly and the case are driven to reciprocate along the first direction by the winding coil due to the magnetic force, thereby solving the magnetic disturbing issue, enhancing the driving force of the linear motor, and optimizing the mechanical rigidity.

    Abstract: A stator structure of a vehicle motor includes a stator core assembly and a plurality of coil assemblies composed of flat wires. The stator core assembly includes an annular portion and a plurality of tooth portions. The tooth portions extend from the annular portion in a radial direction toward a center of the stator core assembly. Each coil assembly is configured around a corresponding tooth portion. Each coil assembly includes a first flat wire and a plurality of second flat wires that are electrically connected in parallel. The first flat wire is radially stacked and wound around the corresponding tooth portion. The second flat wires are arranged radially adjacent to the first flat wire and are electrically connected in series to the first flat wire. The second flat wires are alternately stacked and radially wound around the corresponding tooth portion.

    Abstract: A shaft linear motor includes an armature portion, a magnetic way and a sealing resin. The armature portion includes a frame, two ribs and a bobbin. The frame is formed with a receiving space therein. The two ribs are disposed on an inner wall of the frame. The ribs are respectively formed with a sectional surface. The bobbin is disposed in the receiving space and formed with an axially penetrated hole. The magnetic way is linearly and movably disposed in the axially penetrated hole. The sealing resin is fully filled in the receiving space for wrapping the inner wall of the frame and the sectional surfaces.
