    摘要: The invention provides an open location management device, an open location management system and an open location management method, in which an open location management device receives a user location management request from a location information requester, and selects one location management provider from one or more location management providers to provide the user location information for the location information requestor. A unique user ID is assigned to each user in the system. By employing the invention, the location information requester can leverage the user location information provided by external location information providers, such that the burden of performing the location management of the location information requestor can be reduced.

    摘要: A floating clamping device for an injection head of a continuous oil pipe, including a drive sprocket, a transmission chain, a supporting plate, a pushing plate, clamping oil cylinders and a clamping assembly. At least two clamping oil cylinders are installed on the supporting plate fixedly. The pushing plate is fixed on the supporting plate through a pin shaft. The clamping assembly includes a saddle-shaped clamping block, a clamping block seat and rollers which are mounted on the clamping block seat. The clamping assembly is mounted on the transmission chain. A piston rod of the clamping oil cylinder is pressed on one face of the pushing plate, while the other face of the pushing plate is pressed on the rollers. The pushing plate has a simple structure and is convenient for maintenance; the clamping device has a compact structure and a reduced volume.

A first computing device uses a first communication protocol while a second computing device uses a second communication protocol. In some implementations, the first communication protocol and the second communication protocol are for different service domains. In accordance with an embodiment of the disclosure, a server is configured to map communication between the different service domains. In some implementations, the first communication protocol is a protocol conforming to Representational State Transfer ‘REST’ and the second communication protocol is a Session Initiation Protocol ‘SIP’. In accordance with another embodiment of the disclosure, a server is configured to map communication between the protocol conforming to REST and SIP, regardless of whether different service domains are involved.

    摘要: Systems and methods provide vision-based image compression. In one implementation, inpainting is the vision-based technique selected to augment a conventional signal-processing-based technique. For some regions of a source image, an exemplary system efficiently extracts and organizes structural edge information instead of compressing the regions. In one implementation, the system applies binary curve fitting to capture the edge information. A structure-aware inpainter in the decoder can then restore the regions via the edge information, which occupies very little data space or minimal bandwidth in a bitstream that is transmitted from encoder to decoder. Key visual components of the image can still be conventionally compressed. Extracting edge information for some regions instead of compressing them considerably increases overall image compression.
