Abstract: A conduit, particularly flexible conduit comprises an inner tubular housing, at least one reinforcing layer at least partially disposed around the inner housing, an outer protective sheath at least partially disposed around the at least one reinforcing layer, and optionally a thermally insulating layer disposed between the at least one reinforcing layer and the outer protective sheath. Abstract: This invention relates to a thermoplastic polyolefin composition with (a) 45 wt % to 70 wt % of a polypropylene having 70 wt % or more units derived from propylene, having a melting point temperature of greater than 130° C. and a melt flow rate from 2 to 80 g/10 min; (b) 20 wt % to 30 wt % of a bimodal ethylene-propylene copolymer comprising: (i) 80 wt % to 90 wt % of an amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer having about 30 wt % or more units derived from ethylene; (ii) 5 wt % to 15 wt % of a semi-crystalline ethylene-propylene copolymer having 70 wt % or more units derived from ethylene; and (iii) 1 wt % to 5 wt % of a propylene-based elastomer having within the range from 5 wt % to 25 wt % ethylene derived units and having a melting point temperature of less than 110° C. and a Mw/Mn within the range from 2.0 to 4.0.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a propylene-based injection molded composition made from a polymer blend comprising from 45 to 85 wt % of a polymer blend modifier having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 100,000 g/mole and from 15 to 55 wt % of a propylene-based elastomer having a weight average molecular weight of from 100,000 to 300,000 g/mole, where the weight percent of the polymer blend modifier and the propylene-based elastomer are based on the total weight of the polymer blend. The polymer blend modifier comprises a first propylene-based polymer and a second propylene-based polymer, where the first and second propylene-based polymers are different and are individually selected from a homopolymer of propylene or a copolymer of propylene and ethylene or a C4 to C10 alpha-olefin.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a grip composition comprising 5 to 10 wt % of a polymer blend modifier, having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 100,000 g/mole, 65 to 75 wt % of a propylene-based elastomer, having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 to 300,000 g/mole, and a mineral powder. The polymer blend modifier comprises a first propylene-based polymer and a second propylene-based polymer, where the first and second propylene-based polymers are different and are individually selected from a homopolymer of propylene or a copolymer of propylene and ethylene or a C4 to C10 alpha-olefin. The composition further comprises 5 to 10 wt % of a propylene polymer, which is a homopolymer of propylene or a copolymer of propylene units with from 0.5 to 4 wt % ethylene or C4 to C10 alpha-olefin comonomer derived units.
