Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for processing network congestion. A first switch obtains total traffic that is received by a receiving port communicating with a third switch. The total traffic includes traffic that is occupied by a data flow sent by a second switch, and the first switch. When the first switch determines, according to the total traffic, that a sending port of the third switch is congested, the first switch determines a target port. The target port is another port that can receive the data flow and that is selected from receiving ports of the first switch. The first switch sends an adjustment message to the second switch. The adjustment message carries an identifier of the data flow and an identifier of the target port, and the adjustment message is used by the second switch to send the data flow to the target port.

Abstract: A method can be implemented by a user equipment to update RPLMN information. A PLMN identifier is selected from an available PLMN identifier set that includes PLMN identifiers with RPLMN information, HPLMN information, UPLMN information, and OPLMN information separately. A location update request message that carries the PLMN identifier is sent to a mobile switching center. A TMSI reallocation command is acquired from the mobile switching center according to the location update request message. It is determined whether location update acceptance information that is returned by the mobile switching center according to the location update request message is currently acquired. An operation of updating the PLMN identifier to registered public land mobile network RPLMN information is performed when the location update acceptance information is acquired and the operation of updating the PLMN identifier to RPLMN information is skipped when the location update acceptance information is not acquired.

Abstract: A network registration method and apparatus, and a mobile terminal are presented. During re-registration with a network, after receiving a channel allocation rejection message sent by the network, a mobile terminal sorts all available frequency channels according to network resource statuses of frequency channels with which network registration failed before and that are in a low priority list. And then the mobile terminal tries to camp on all the available frequency channels according to an order of the sorting to determine a frequency channel to be camped on. The mobile terminal sends a network registration message to register with the frequency channel to be camped on.

The method includes: receiving a first congestion control message, where the first congestion control message carries a 5-tuple of a packet that causes congestion; obtaining a flow identifier of the packet based on the 5-tuple of the packet that causes the congestion; generating a second congestion control message, where the second congestion control message carries the flow identifier corresponding to the 5-tuple; and sending the second congestion control message to a source node of the packet. Abstract: A wireless communications network registration method applied to a dual-card dual-pass terminal including a first modem and a second modem. The method includes reading, by the terminal, a card identifier from a subscriber identity card, and if a quantity of subscriber identity cards in the terminal is one and a service provider identifier of the subscriber identity card is a preset identifier, performing, by the terminal, packet switched (PS) registration for the first modem using the card identifier of the subscriber identity card, and performing, by the terminal, circuit switched (CS) registration for the second modem using the card identifier of the subscriber identity card. An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a terminal. Hence, a problem that a terminal cannot implement concurrency of a data service and a voice call can be resolved.
