    Abstract: A method includes receiving, by a first network device, a first packet and a second packet, where the first packet and the second packet belong to first traffic, and all packets included in the first traffic match a first traffic differentiation rule; based on a mapping relationship between the first traffic and a first encryption policy group, encrypting, by the first network device, the first packet using a first encryption policy to obtain a third packet, and encrypting, by the first network device, the second packet using a second encryption policy to obtain a fourth packet, where the first encryption policy group includes the second encryption policy and the first encryption policy, and the first encryption policy and the second encryption policy are different encryption policies; and sending, by the first network device, the third packet and the fourth packet to a second network device.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a virtual network function network element management method, apparatus, and system. A VNF resource pool management apparatus receives a VNF network element request message sent by a VNF resource pool user apparatus, where the VNF network element request message includes attribute information and a location policy of a VNF network element that is requested; the VNF resource pool management apparatus determines a first VNF network element that matches the attribute information and the location policy from the VNF resource pool; and the VNF resource pool management apparatus sends a VNF network element response message to the VNF resource pool user apparatus, where the VNF network element response message includes identification information of the first VNF network element. In this way, a risk that a functional group formed by VNF network elements cannot properly work can be avoided.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for processing network congestion. A first switch obtains total traffic that is received by a receiving port communicating with a third switch. The total traffic includes traffic that is occupied by a data flow sent by a second switch, and the first switch. When the first switch determines, according to the total traffic, that a sending port of the third switch is congested, the first switch determines a target port. The target port is another port that can receive the data flow and that is selected from receiving ports of the first switch. The first switch sends an adjustment message to the second switch. The adjustment message carries an identifier of the data flow and an identifier of the target port, and the adjustment message is used by the second switch to send the data flow to the target port.

    Abstract: This application discloses a network operation, administration, and maintenance (OAM) method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes: receiving a fault alarm message sent by an MP, where the fault alarm message includes fault information; determining according to the fault alarm message, a first maintenance set to which the MP belongs, where the first maintenance set includes MPs using a first OAM technology; querying an OAM database, to obtain a second maintenance set interacting with the first maintenance set, where the second maintenance set includes MPs using a second OAM technology; and sending a fault notification message to all MPs in the second maintenance set or an MP that is determined according to a policy in the second maintenance set. Therefore, a related fault alarm may be centrally notified on a management plane, and is decoupled from a specific OAM technology, thereby greatly reducing an implementation difficulty.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method, a user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: obtaining a resource element (RE) configuration, where an RE indicated by the RE configuration is a subset of the RE available for sending a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) and is the RE onto which a data symbol can be mapped; and receiving, according to the RE configuration, the data symbol that is sent by a base station on the RE indicated by the RE configuration. In some embodiments, a data symbol can be mapped onto the RE that is used for sending the CSI-RS, so that a UE can receive the data symbol on the RE that is used for sending the CSI-RS, thereby improving the utilization efficiency of the RE.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a control channel resource transmission method including: obtaining, by a user equipment, a configuration parameter in a candidate control channel set according to a preset protocol and/or higher-layer signaling sent by a base station, where the higher-layer signaling is used to notify the configuration parameter; determining an antenna port according to the obtained configuration parameter; receiving, by using the antenna port, a control channel or a control channel element sent by the base station; and determining, by the base station, the antenna port according to the same configuration parameter as that of the user equipment, and sending, by using the antenna port, the control channel or the control channel element to the user equipment.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method, a user equipment, and a base station.
