Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of communications technologies, and provide an uplink control channel resource configuration method and an apparatus, to improve utilization of a frequency domain resource of an uplink channel. The method includes: determining, by a base station, resource configuration information, and sending, by the base station, the resource configuration information to UE, where the resource configuration information includes a first hop resource of a first uplink control channel (PUCCH), a frequency domain resource offset of the first PUCCH, and/or a bandwidth of a bandwidth part (BWP) used by the user equipment UE, and the first PUCCH is a PUCCH of the UE.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a reference signal transmission method, a message transmission method, a transmission resource determining method, and an apparatus. When a first device needs to transmit a reference signal, the first device may determine, from a slot and based on a time domain resource parameter of the reference signal, transmission resource information related to a transmission resource used to transmit the reference signal, where the transmission resource information may include a symbol location of the transmission resource in the slot and/or a space domain resource on a symbol in the transmission resource. Compared with a conventional manner in which a reference signal can be transmitted only at a fixed location, the transmission resource for transmitting the reference signal can be dynamically determined based on the time domain resource parameter of the reference signal.

Abstract: The communication method and the communications apparatus may be applied to the internet of vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V. The method includes: A first terminal apparatus determines a scaling factor based on a subcarrier spacing of a first time-frequency resource to be used to send first data and/or a quantity of slots occupied by the first time-frequency resource. The first data is to-be-sent data of the first terminal apparatus, and the first time-frequency resource occupies a single slot or a plurality of consecutive slots. Then, the first terminal apparatus determines, based on the scaling factor, a size of a transmission block carrying the first data, and sends the transmission block carrying the first data to a second terminal apparatus on the first time-frequency resource.

The method includes: determining first NR power based on first AMPR, where the first AMPR is calculated based on first resource allocation information and NR scheduling information; determining LTE power based on second AMPR, where the second AMPR is calculated based on LTE scheduling information and second resource allocation information; and when a sum of the first NR power and the LTE power is greater than maximum transmit power of a terminal device, sending LTE information to the first access device at the LTE power on time domain resources that completely or partially overlap each other, and sending NR information to the second access device at second NR power or skipping sending NR information, where the second NR power is less than the first NR power.

Abstract: An uplink transmission power control method and a user equipment are provided, where the method includes: determining, by a UE, whether uplink channels are simultaneously transmitted over adjacent subframes between multiple carriers; where the adjacent subframes between the multiple carriers are partially overlapped; and timing advance values of the multiple carriers are different; and if uplink channels are simultaneously transmitted over adjacent subframes between multiple carriers, processing, by the user equipment, an uplink channel transmitted over the last symbol on a partially overlapped subframe of another carrier except a carrier having the greatest timing advance value, so that total transmission power of the uplink channels is lower than the maximum transmission power or an interference level of the user equipment.

The communications device determines, based on the first power value and the second power value, a total guaranteed power value that is of the communications device and that applies to a case in which a resource in the first cell group overlaps a resource in the second cell group.

Abstract: When a transmission overlap between uplink carriers of at least two PUCCH groups exists in time domain, obtaining, by the terminal device, minimum reserved power of each PUCCH group based on transmission duration and/or transmission content; during transmission of uplink information, transmitting the uplink information after reducing power of an uplink carrier of each PUCCH group based on maximum transmit power and minimum reserved power of the uplink carrier of each PUCCH group, where transmit power of the uplink carrier after power reduction cannot be lower than the minimum reserved power; and if power on an overlapping part of an uplink carrier of a first PUCCH group is lower than minimum reserved power of the first PUCCH group, discarding information on the overlapping part of the uplink carrier of the first PUCCH group.
