    Abstract: An information transmission method, a communications device, and a network device are provided. The information transmission method includes: when a communications device is at a coverage enhancement level 0 or a coverage enhancement level 1, or in coverage enhancement mode A, receiving a random access response, wherein the random access response comprises indication information and uplink grant information, the indication information is used to indicate a message 3 is a first message 3 or a second message 3, wherein the uplink grant information comprises first resource information and repetition quantity information; and sending the message 3 based on the indication information, the first resource information, and the repetition quantity information. The method and the device that are provided in embodiments of this application may be applied to a communications system, such as V2X, LTE-V, V2V, an internet of vehicles, MTC, LTE-M, M2M, or an internet of things.

    Abstract: A method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a MPDCCH, where the MPDCCH includes a quantity of repeated sending times of the MPDCCH and timing indication information; determining a time domain location of a first subframe based on the quantity of repeated sending times of the MPDCCH, where the first subframe is the last subframe that carries the MPDCCH; determining a time domain location of a second subframe based on the timing indication information and the time domain location of the first subframe, where the second subframe is a start subframe that carries a PUSCH corresponding to the MPDCCH, a resource allocation granularity of the PUSCH corresponding to the MPDCCH is a target resource unit, and a quantity of subcarriers occupied by the target resource unit in frequency domain is less than or equal to 12; and sending, in the second subframe, the PUSCH corresponding to the MPDCCH.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to information sending methods, information receiving methods, and devices. One example information sending method includes receiving, by a terminal device, a first transport block size (TBS) value from a network device, where the first TBS value is included in a second TBS set, the second TBS set includes N TBSs values, and N is a positive integer greater than 1, determining, by the terminal device, a third TBS set based on the first TBS value, where a largest TBS value in the third TBS set is less than or equal to the first TBS value, selecting, by the terminal device, a TBS value from the third TBS set, and sending uplink information based on the selected TBS value.

    Abstract: This application provides an uplink signal sending method and receiving method, a communications device, and a network device. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, downlink control information DCI sent by a network device; determining, by the terminal device based on the DCI, a transport block size TBS used for transmitting an uplink signal; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink signal on two contiguous uplink subcarriers in a Pi/2 BPSK modulation mode based on the determined transport block size. Therefore, the uplink signal is transmitted in the Pi/2 BPSK modulation mode by using the determined transport block size.

    Abstract: According to embodiments, a method includes: receiving first indication information, where the first indication information indicates a TBS threshold; receiving second indication information from a network device, where the second indication information indicates a quantity N of candidate TBSs; obtaining a first TBS set, where a quantity of elements in the first TBS set is equal to the quantity N of the candidate TBSs, and a largest TBS in the first TBS set is less than or equal to the TBS threshold indicated by the first indication information; selecting, from the first TBS set, a target TBS to be used for transmission of first data, where the target TBS is a smallest TBS, in the first TBS set, greater than or equal to a TBS required by the first data; and sending the first data to the network device based on the target TBS.
