The method includes determining a transmission resource of a reference signal based on identification information and parameter information, where the transmission resource includes one or more of a sequence, a frequency domain resource, and a time domain resource of the reference signal, the identification information is used to identify a network device, the parameter information includes sequence indication information and frequency domain indication information, the sequence indication information is used to indicate one or more candidate sequences, and the frequency domain indication information is used to indicate one or more candidate frequency domain resources. The method may further include sending the reference signal on the transmission resource.

Abstract: This application provides a method for transmitting control information and an apparatus. The method includes: When a time domain resource for transmitting first control information on a first PUCCH conflicts in a first time unit with a time domain resource for transmitting a first transport block on a first PUSCH, a terminal device determines, based on a relationship between a payload size of the first control information and a first threshold, a first time domain resource for transmitting the first control information. The first threshold is a maximum quantity of bits of the first control information that can be sent by the terminal device in the first time unit without generating a first result. The first result is that some information bits in the first transport block cannot be transmitted. The terminal device transmits the first control information on the first time domain resource. By using the method, impact of the first control information on transmission of the information bits in the first transport block can be reduced, so that all information bits in a transport block can be transmitted, and transmission performance of the transport block on a PUSCH can be better ensured.

Abstract: A signal sending and receiving method and an apparatus is described. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a first downlink signal from a network device in a first time unit of a first carrier, where the first carrier is a TDD carrier; determining, based on the first time unit, a second time unit used to send first feedback information for the first downlink signal on a second carrier, where the second carrier is an FDD uplink carrier; and sending the first feedback information to the network device on the second last symbol and/or the last symbol of the second time unit of the second carrier. Abstract: A first access network device sends indication information to a second access network device within a first time segment of a first subframe. The first subframe includes a second time segment and the first time segment, the second time segment is used by the first access network device to communicate with a first terminal device, the indication information includes first information, and the first information indicates a communication type of the first access network device within a first target time segment of a second subframe. The first access network device further communicates with a second terminal device or the first terminal device based on a communication type indicated by the first information within the first target time segment. The second access network device can detect a signal interference status in time, and the second access network device can use an interference coordination technology in time.
