摘要: There is disclosed a method of manufacturing an array substrate, the method including a step of forming thin film transistors on a substrate; wherein the step of forming the thin film transistors on the substrate includes: forming a first electrically conductive layer on the substrate; forming an insulating layer on the first electrically conductive layer; forming at least one common holes in the insulating layer to communicate with the first electrically conductive layer; forming a first connection portion, which is made of the same material as a second electrically conductive layer, in the at least one of the at least one common holes while forming the second electrically conductive layer on the insulating layer by using a single process, the first connection portion being in electrical contact with the first electrically conductive layer. In addition, there is disclosed an array substrate manufactured by the above method and a display device including the array substrate.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a touch device and a method for driving the same which is capable of enabling the touch device to operate a higher display refresh rate when there is no touch. The touch device comprises a touch panel, a timing controller, a touch controller, a controller, and a sensor. The sensor is configured to detect whether there is an object contacting or approaching the touch panel, and to output a first indication signal if there is no object contacting or approaching the touch panel and a second indication signal if there is an object contacting or approaching the touch panel. The controller is configured to control the timing controller to output a first display scanning signal when the first indication signal is received and to control the timing controller to output a second display scanning signal when the second indication signal is received. The scanning frequency of the first display scanning signal is higher than that of the second display scanning signal.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of a display substrate, a display substrate and a display device, belongs to the field of display technology, and can at least partially solve a problem of residual sand in the display substrate. The manufacturing method of the display substrate includes: providing a base; forming a passivation layer on a surface of the base; forming an amorphous oxide conductive material layer on a surface of the passivation layer facing away from the base; forming a photoresist pattern on the oxide conductive material layer, the photoresist pattern having an exposure region; etching a portion of the oxide conductive material layer in the exposure region of the photoresist pattern to form a hollow position exposing a portion of the passivation layer; and removing a certain thickness material of the portion of the passivation layer exposed through the hollow position.

A first transistor of the array substrate includes a source electrode connected with a pixel electrode, a drain electrode and a gate electrode, a compensation gate electrode connected with the gate electrode, the sum of an overlapping region of the source electrode and the gate electrode and an overlapping region of the source electrode and the compensation gate electrode is a first overlapping region.
