摘要： A stirrer for a bioreactor has first and second opposed mountings fastened to the inner surfaces of opposite walls of the bioreactor and disposed along a common rotational axis. A first arm has an end connected to the first mounting for rotation about the rotational axis and for pivoting about a first pivot axis that is transverse to the rotational axis. A second arm has an end connected to the second mounting for rotation about the rotational axis and for pivoting about a second pivot axis that is transverse to the rotational axis. Ends of the arms are coupled for pivoting about at least one additional pivot axis that is transverse to the rotational axis.

摘要： A mixing system has a container with flexible walls (1), a fluid-tight drive space (6) and a mixing device. The container with flexible walls (1) has at least one head plate (5). The fluid-tight drive space (6) is outside of the container interior (2), and is enclosed by the head plate (5) and a cap (7) attached to the head plate (5). The mixing device has a stirrer shaft (3), onto which stirrer elements (4, 4′) are attached. The stirrer shaft (3) is guided from the container interior (2) through an opening in the head plate (5) and the section of the stirrer shaft (3) in the drive space (6) is guided by bearings (9, 10). A seal (8) is fit into the opening of the head plate, and encloses the stirrer shaft (3) and seals the container interior (2) from the drive space (6).

摘要： A sensor device has an optical sensor (1), a container (2) and a compartmentalizer (3) that temporarily divides the container into a main space (4) and an adjacent space (5), in which the optical sensor (1) is located. The gas volume in the direct vicinity of the optical sensor (1) is reduced, as are also, consequently, the reactive products generated by radiation sterilization. The adjacent space (5) can be united with the main space (4) after the sterilization as a result of the temporary compartmentalization. The optical sensor is suitable for implementation in containers and laboratory products, such as, for example, disposable bioreactors, that are sterilized by gamma radiation.
