Position information designates a position of the stereoscopic pointer, including the depth direction of the stereoscopic pointer. Horizontal pointer position signals are generated based on the position information. The horizontal position of the pointer is set in left and right channels to a horizontal position shifted so as to correspond to a parallax of the position of the stereoscopic pointer in the depth direction.     摘要: A vapor-phase growing apparatus and a vapor-phase growing method which reduce sticking of a wafer to a holder during vapor-phase growth are provided. In the vapor-phase growing apparatus, a holder arranged in a chamber includes a disk-like member having a recessed portion at the center of a holder or a ring-like member having a recessed portion at a center of a holder and having an opening in a bottom center of the holder. A first projecting portion is arranged on an inner circumference wall surface of the holder, and a second projecting portion is formed on a bottom surface of the recessed portion of the holder. In this manner, the holder can support a wafer with a small contact area. In vapor-phase growth, the wafer can be prevented from sticking to the holder.

The configuration eliminates the need for a conventional spring or a conventional damper mechanism because the rubber (11) deforms elastically.

    摘要: In a testing apparatus, an electronic equipment to be an equipment under test; EUT is exposed to an electric field by unit of an emission electrode, and an intensity of the electric field applied to the electronic equipment during a test is fluctuated by electric field fluctuating unit. Operating characteristics of the electronic equipment are tested by generating induction charging inside the electronic equipment by the fluctuation electric field during the test. As a result, it becomes possible to test malfunction caused by a discharge phenomenon generated inside the electronic equipment, which cannot be tested with a conventional ESD testing apparatus.
