    摘要: A packet communication method of the present invention includes establishing a radio layer 2 connection based on a radio layer 2 protocol between a mobile station and a controller device, determining a transmission timing of a received data packet based on a quality of service set in the data packet, and multiplexing, at the determined transmission timing, the data packet into a radio layer 2 protocol data unit of a fixed length which is transmitted and received on the radio layer 2 connection.

    摘要: An axial flow turbine stage structure has: an annular diaphragm inner ring; an annular diaphragm outer ring arranged radially outside and coaxially with the diaphragm inner ring and separated from the diaphragm inner ring by an annular flow path interposed between them; stationary blades arranged peripherally at intervals in the annular flow path and rigidly secured to the diaphragm inner ring and the diaphragm outer ring; and moving blades rigidly secured to the outer periphery of a rotatable rotor and arranged peripherally at intervals respectively at axially downstream sides of the stationary blades. Through holes are formed in the diaphragm outer ring so as to allow axial upstream side and axially downstream side of the stationary blades to communicate with each other.

    摘要: A radio data communications method capable of changing control points located in a network without causing loss of data when a mobile terminal is performing a soft handover. In the radio data communications method in which at least one of a first radio network controller and a second radio network controller performs a soft handover process for allowing a soft handover of a mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is performing soft handover, in downlink radio data communications in which the first radio network controller transmits data to a mobile terminal via a second radio network controller and a base station (or in uplink radio data communications). The first radio network controller or the second radio network controller performing the soft handover process is changed when the mobile terminal is performing the soft handover.
