Abstract: A communication method and a communications apparatus are provided. The method further includes sending, by the access network device, the resource configuration information to the terminal. The method includes receiving, by the terminal, the resource configuration information from the access network device. The method further includes transmitting, by the terminal, control information by using the resource indicated by the resource configuration information.

Abstract: This application provides a method and device for determining antenna port quasi co-location QCL. The method includes: generating, by a network device, downlink control information DCI, where the DCI includes QCL indication information, the QCL indication information is used to indicate one of a plurality of pieces of combination information, and first combination information in the plurality of pieces of combination information is used to indicate a QCL relationship between a DMRS antenna port and a CSI-RS antenna port; and sending, by the network device, the DCI to a terminal device. Therefore, in embodiments of this application, the terminal device can determine the QCL relationship between the DMRS antenna port and the CSI-RS antenna port based on the DCI, thereby resolving a problem in the prior art and improving network performance.

Abstract: An uplink reference signal transmission method is disclosed. User equipment receives first configuration information of a first uplink measurement reference signal and second configuration information of a second uplink measurement reference signal from a wireless network device. The first configuration information is used to configure a time-frequency resource of the first uplink measurement reference signal, and the second configuration information is used to configure a time-frequency resource of the second uplink measurement reference signal. The first uplink measurement reference signal is a zero-power uplink measurement reference signal, and the second uplink measurement reference signal is a non-zero-power uplink measurement reference signal. The user equipment sends, based on the first configuration information and the second configuration information, the second uplink measurement reference signal on a time-frequency resource, other than the time-frequency resource of the first uplink measurement reference signal, in the time-frequency resource of the second uplink measurement reference signal.
