    Abstract: In a communication method, a first communication apparatus obtains first configuration information of a first signal, where the first configuration information is associated with a first communication procedure of the first communication apparatus. The first communication apparatus obtains second configuration information of the first signal, where the second configuration information is associated with a second communication procedure of the first communication apparatus. The first communication apparatus sends the first signal based on at least one of the first configuration information or the second configuration information. In this way, the first communication apparatus can use a same type of signals to perform different communication procedures. This reduces processing complexity, and can further reduce chip costs of the first communication apparatus and improve resource utilization.

    Abstract: A first access network device (AND) sends a first message to a second AND. The first message is usable to request to hand over a group of terminal devices under the first AND to the second AND. The group of terminal devices includes one or more terminal devices. In response to the first AND receiving a first response message from the second AND for the first message, the first AND sends a second message to the terminal devices. The first response message is usable to indicate that the terminal devices are allowed to be handed over to the second AND, and the second message is usable to indicate the terminal devices to be handed over to the second AND. After the terminal devices are handed over to the second AND, the first AND switches off one or more cells.

    Abstract: This application provides a power control method, a terminal, and a network device. The power control method includes: receiving, by a terminal, at least one piece of downlink control information (DCI) sent by at least one network device, where the at least one piece of DCI includes at least two transmit power control commands; and determining, by the terminal, a transmit power on an uplink channel in a same carrier based on the at least two transmit power control commands. According to the power control method in the embodiments of this application, the terminal can determine the transmit power on the uplink channel based on a plurality of transmit power control commands, thereby ensuring efficient and proper power allocation and improving overall system performance.

The method includes: generating, by a network device, downlink control information DCI, where the DCI includes QCL indication information, the QCL indication information is used to indicate one of a plurality of pieces of combination information, and first combination information in the plurality of pieces of combination information is used to indicate a QCL relationship between a DMRS antenna port and a CSI-RS antenna port; and sending, by the network device, the DCI to a terminal device.
