Abstract: This application provides a method and an apparatus for determining a sidelink transmission resource, and may be applied to systems such as the Internet of vehicles, V2X, and V2V. The method includes: determining a first time domain resource set in a resource selection window; monitoring a second time domain resource set corresponding to the first time domain resource set; and performing resource exclusion and/or resource reporting before a time unit of a first candidate resource, or in the time unit of the first candidate resource, or in a time unit in which resource determining is triggered, where the first time domain resource set is for sidelink transmission, and the first candidate resource is the 1st resource in time domain in the first time domain resource set.

Abstract: A method for scheduling a terminal device comprises performing blind detection on N subframes by using at least one codebook and a pilot corresponding to the codebook, and determining, according to a blind detection result, a first pilot set corresponding to each codebook in each subframe, where correct terminal data cannot be obtained by performing blind detection by using a pilot in the first pilot set and a corresponding codebook. The method comprises determining, according to the first pilot set corresponding to each codebook, a second pilot set corresponding to each codebook, where a pilot in the second pilot set is a pilot that is in the first pilot set and that has already been sent by the terminal device, and determining a to-be-used transmission mode according to the second pilot set corresponding to each codebook in each subframe, where different transmission modes correspond to different spectrum multiplex rates.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses example power control methods and apparatuses. One example method includes determining a transmit power of a control channel and a first data subchannel, where the control channel and the first data subchannel completely overlap in time domain and do not overlap in frequency domain. A transmit power of a second data subchannel is determined to be the same as the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel, where the second data subchannel and the control channel overlap in frequency domain and do not overlap in time domain. The control channel and the first data subchannel are sent to a second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel. The second data subchannel is sent to the second terminal apparatus at the transmit power of the control channel and the first data subchannel.

Abstract: A method for determining a modulation and coding scheme is disclosed. The method is performed by a network device. The method includes: determining a quantity K of terminal devices that reuse a first time-frequency resource in a first time period to receive downlink data from the network device, where K≥2; obtaining a channel quality indicator (CQI), where the CQI is determined according to a signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) of a channel and the quantity K of the terminal devices, where the channel is a channel based on the first time-frequency resource, and the channel is used to transmit downlink data between a first terminal device and the network device in the first time period; and determining a Modulation and Coding scheme (MCS) of the first terminal device according to the CQI.
