The present application discloses a communication method, including: determining, by a network device, a first sub-band and a second sub-band; sending configuration information of the second sub-band to user equipment on the first sub-band, where the configuration information of the second sub-band includes identification information of the second sub-band, the identification information of the second sub-band is used by the user equipment to determine a physical layer basic parameter of the second sub-band, and a physical layer basic parameter of the first sub-band is different from the physical layer basic parameter of the second sub-band; and communicating, by the network device, with the user equipment by using the second sub-band.
Abstract:
This application discloses a grant-free transmission method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: sending, by a terminal device, control information to a network device on a grant-free transmission resource; and receiving, by the terminal device, feedback information that is sent by the network device based on the control information. In this way, the terminal device sends the control information to the network device on the grant-free transmission resource, so that in a data transmission process, the terminal device can obtain a transmission parameter or resource information and properly adjust the transmission process of the terminal device in a timely manner.

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method and an apparatus for running a network function, and relate to the field of information technologies such that consistent network-wide service experience can be provided for a user service on different nodes in a network. The method includes receiving information sent by a source node, about a network function required by a user service, and running the network function if the network function is not running. The embodiments of the present disclosure are applicable to switching a user service from a source node to a target node.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus and a system for managing a dynamic spectrum. The method includes: receiving occupancy information of spectrum resources that is sent by a sensing apparatus; determining, according to the occupancy information of the spectrum resources, a first spectrum resource occupied by a fixed authorized user, a second spectrum resource occupied by a non-fixed authorized user, and a third spectrum resource not occupied by any user in the spectrum resources; and configuring, according to occupancy information of the second spectrum resource and occupancy information of the third spectrum resource, a spectrum resource available for a communications node, wherein the first spectrum resource is an unavailable spectrum resource.
Abstract:
A method and base station for dynamic adjustment of a carrier resource are disclosed. First, a cell-edge traffic volume of a local cell is detected; then, if the cell-edge traffic volume of the local cell is reduced, an idle primary subcarrier resource in the cell is released as a secondary subcarrier according to a degree of reduction of the cell-edge traffic volume and according to a multiple of a predetermined minimum granularity. With it, when the cell-edge traffic volume of the local cell is changed, the allocation of a primary subcarrier and a secondary subcarrier may be adjusted dynamically, which increases a utilization rate of a spectrum and ensures that carrier resources can be utilized properly and adequately.
