摘要： The present invention relates to cultivation of a selenium-rich Cyclocarya paliurus plant, extraction and use of active ingredients thereof, for overcoming disadvantages of high residue, poor absorption, and less environmental friendliness of fertilizers used in cultivation of a selenium-rich plant in the prior art, and overcoming disadvantages of low absorption rate and high adverse reaction rate in current extraction method and application of active ingredients in a selenium-rich plant. The present invention provides a method of cultivating a selenium-rich Cyclocarya paliurus plant, comprising use of a selenium-rich organic fertilizer during the cultivation, wherein the selenium-rich organic fertilizer comprises a selenium-rich yeast, a humic acid, an amino acid, a plant growth regulator and a foliar penetration enhancer. The present invention also provides a method for extracting active ingredients of the selenium-rich Cyclocarya paliurus plant obtained by the above method, comprising pretreatment, extraction, concentration and alcohol precipitation to obtain a crude extract.

摘要： The present invention relates to traditional Chinese medicine, particularly to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for sober-up and hepatic protection and a process for preparing the same. This composition is made from Radix Puerariae, Semen Hoveniae and Fructus Gardeniae. This composition has no significant effect on the body weight of mice. The hepatic TG level in animals of 1.400 g/kg·bw dosage group is significantly lower than that of the model control group, while the hepatic GSH level is significantly higher than that of the model control group. The degree of hepatic steatosis in animals of 1.400 g/kg·bw dosage group is significantly lower than that of the model control group. Therefore, the composition of the present invention has auxiliary protective effects on liver damages caused by alcohol. The process for preparing the composition comprises: extracting Radix Puerariae, Semen Hoveniae and Fructus Gardeniae with water, concentrating, drying, and pulverizing the extract.
