Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display device, including: a display region, a driving element, and the display region electrically connected to the driving element through a plurality of signal line pairs. In particular, at least one of the signal line pairs includes a first conductive line and a second conductive line, and the first conductive line is electrically isolated from the second conductive line. In the signal line pair, at least a part of the first conductive line overlaps the second conductive line.

Abstract: An electronic device of an embodiment of the disclosure includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a driving layer. The first substrate and the second substrate are disposed opposite to each other, and the driving layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The driving layer includes a scan line and a data line. The scan line is disposed on the first substrate and includes a first scan line segment. The first scan line segment has an opening and includes a first branch and a second branch. The first branch and the second branch are located on two opposite sides of the opening and are electrically connected in parallel with each other. The data line is disposed on the first substrate and intersects with the scan line. The electronic device of the embodiment of the disclosure may exhibit ideal display effect.

Abstract: A touch display device including a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium, and a pixel array structure is provided. The pixel array structure includes a scan line, a data line, an active device, pixel electrodes, a signal electrode layer and a signal transmission layer. The scan line intersects the data line. The active device is connected to the scan line and the data line. The pixel electrodes are arranged in an array. The signal electrode layer includes signal electrodes. The signal transmission layer includes a signal line disposed between two adjacent columns of the pixel electrodes and electrically connected to one of the signal electrodes. The data line includes at least a portion located outside of the signal line.

Abstract: A display panel including a first substrate having a pixel region, a thin film transistor, an insulating layer, a pixel electrode, a second substrate, and a display medium is provided. The thin film transistor is located on the first substrate and in the pixel region. The insulating layer is located in the pixel region and covers the thin film transistor. The insulating layer has a contact hole having a first maximum distance extending along a first direction and a second maximum distance extending along a second direction. The first direction is different from the second direction. The second maximum distance is longer than the first maximum distance. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor through the contact hole. The display medium is located between the first substrate and the second substrate.

Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a switch including a gate, an active layer disposed on the gate, a source electrode connected to the active layer, and a drain electrode connected to the active layer. In particular, the distance between the edge of the gate electrode and the edge of the active layer is 1.2 to 3 μm. The drain electrode includes a connection portion, an oblique portion, and an extension portion, wherein the oblique portion is disposed between the connection portion and the extension portion, and wherein at least a part of the oblique portion overlaps with the gate electrode.
