    Abstract: A battery energy storage system fixed by a steel belt is provided, comprising a plastic frame, a battery module, a steel belt, and a support element. The battery module is arranged inside the plastic frame and includes a plurality of batteries. The steel belt is arranged around the outer surface of the battery module and binds the batteries together. The support element is arranged on the outer side of the battery module or the inner side of the plastic frame and abuts against the bottom of the steel belt. The plastic frame protects the battery module with low cost, light weight and good insulation effect. The steel belt can limit and fix the batteries, thereby increasing the restraint and fastening force on the battery module and increasing the structural strength to satisfy safety regulations. Furthermore, the support element supports the steel belt to prevent the steel belt from sliding down.

    Abstract: A battery module includes a plurality of batteries, an upper cover covered on the plurality of the batteries, a plurality of bus-bars, a plurality of detection lines, a plurality of insulating rivets, and a plurality of wirings connected between the plurality of the batteries and the plurality of the bus-bars. A top of the upper cover has a plurality of first mounting areas. Each first mounting area has a mounting portion and two location holes. Each bus-bar is disposed on the mounting portion of one first mounting area. Each bus-bar has a main portion. The main portion has two hooking portions and a plurality of fastening holes. The two hooking portions are inserted into the two location holes. One ends of the plurality of the detection lines are fastened to the plurality of the fastening holes by the plurality of the insulating rivets.

    Abstract: An upper cover of a cover body of a high-frequency high-speed transmission cable module is provided, including a main body and a heat dissipation block. Two ends in the length direction of the main body are respectively defined as a first end and a second end, and the first end is provided with a through hole. The heat dissipation block is embedded in the through hole and exposed on the top surface of the first end. As such, the present invention can use the heat dissipation block to directly transfer heat to the heat dissipation fins without indirectly passing through the main body, so the heat dissipation efficiency is greatly improved.
