    摘要： A battery pack assembly includes a rotating handle and an elastic member. The battery pack assembly comprises: a battery pack having a cover on the top; the handle rotatably installed on the top surface of the battery pack cover; and a seat having an inner space for accommodating the battery pack. The elastic member is installed between the inner bottom surface of the seat and the lower surface of the battery pack. The handle has a rod shape and is configured to rotate between an unlock position, in which both ends of the handle are recessed within the top surface of the battery pack cover, and a lock position, in which both ends protrude beyond the top surface. The seat has grooves formed on the top of the inner side surface so that both ends of the handle can be received and fixed therein in the lock position.
