Abstract: A display device in an embodiment includes a first light emitting region; a second light emitting region located at a position away from the first light emitting region by a first distance in a first direction; a third light emitting region located at a position away from the second light emitting region by a second distance shorter than the first distance in the first direction; a first conductive portion located between the first light emitting region and the second light emitting region as seen from a display plane, the first conductive portion having a first width in the first direction, and a second conductive portion located between the second light emitting region and the third light emitting region as seen from the display plane, the second conductive portion having a second width shorter than the first width in the first direction.

Abstract: A display device includes: a first organic layer; display elements over the first organic layer in correspondence with the pixels; an inorganic layer sealing the display elements and the first organic layer; a second organic layer on a part of the inorganic layer; and a touch electrode on a surface of the inorganic layer and a surface of the second organic layer. The first organic layer has a rift in the peripheral area to surround the display area. Abstract: The method for manufacturing a display device includes forming a light emitting element and a terminal on a substrate, forming a sealing film including a first inorganic insulating film and a second inorganic insulating film to cover the light emitting element and the terminal, forming a resist having a taper shape in which a thickness of an end portion on the sealing film becomes thinner as it goes to the terminal side by using a gray-tone mask, forming a taper shape in which thicknesses in end portions of the first inorganic insulating film and the second inorganic insulating film becomes thinner as it goes to the terminal side by etching, forming a touch electrode above the sealing film and forming wiring connected to the terminal via the end portions together with connecting to the touch electrode for detecting a touched position.
