A developing rotary unit incorporates developing devices corresponding to respective ones of a plurality of image formation colors. In forming an image, the developing rotary unit is moved to location for development of an image of each of the plurality of image formation colors. The level of vibrations applied to the developing rotary unit is detected, and the drive control pattern for the developing rotary unit is determined depending on the detected level of vibrations.

    摘要: An optical access system is disclosed in which subscribers' terminals and optical coupler-splitters of nodes are maintenance-free and required control is effected on the part of the central office alone. At a first position, down-link optical digital signals are generated, which are made "1s" every n bits (n being an integer equal to greater than 2). The optical digital signals, except a train of optical pulses every n bits, are sent as down-link information over a transmission line. At a second position, the optical digital signals, except the optical pulse train, are demodulated from the transmitted down-link optical digital signals, and in an optical gate circuit on which the down-link optical digital signals are incident, up-link optical digital signals based on up-link message data is formed in synchronization with the optical pulses corresponding to every n-th bits and is transmitted to the first position over the transmission line. At the first position, the up-link optical digital signals sent from the second position is received from the transmission line.

Thereby, by using a plurality of the split cores having the same shape, one stator core is formed. On this occasion, the shape of the split cores is molded so that the recessed portion and the projected portion of one stator core are disposed at positions at which those are fitted to the projected portion and the recessed portion of the opposing stator core, respectively.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus that can improve image quality by correcting for variations in the potential characteristics of a photosensitive member and enhance the responsiveness of an image forming operation. The photosensitive member is rotated by a drive unit and exposed to light from an exposure unit. A first generation unit periodically generates a first signal. A second generation unit generates a second signal. A plurality of generation periods of the second signals are included in one generation period of the first signal. A control unit, while the photosensitive member is controlled to accelerate, counts the second signals in response to input of the first signal, identifies an exposure position when the photosensitive member is switched from the acceleration control to constant-speed control, reads correction data corresponding to the identified exposure position from a storage unit, and controls the light quantity of the exposure unit.
