摘要： A photosensor comprises a frame for shielding of light having a front window and a back entrance, and a photoelectric conversion device including a transparent substrate on a front face thereof. The photoelectric conversion device is fitted in the frame through the back entrance to cause the substrate to face the window and is fixed by one or more stop portions formed by deformation of a surrounding end portion of the back entrance.
