    摘要: A method for controlling a molten metal material in an injection apparatus that includes a cylinder body with a nozzle at a front end, and a discharge opening on a bottom side of a rear portion. Heating means are provided on an outer periphery of the cylinder body and an injection cylinder is inserted onto an injection plunger for a forward and backward travel within a clearance inside the cylinder body. A material melting and supplying apparatus on a top portion of the injection cylinder has a bottom end outlet communicating with a cylinder body supply opening. Molten metal material accumulates from the supply opening in a cylinder front portion by backward plunge travel and is injected by a forward plunge travel. Heating means maintains the temperature of the molten metal material in front and middle cylinder portions and allows a lower temperature in a rear portion providing a seal metal as well as a lubricant.

    摘要: A hydraulic circuit of an injection molding machine includes a 4-port servo valve having A, B, P, and T ports and adapted to drive and control an injection cylinder. The A and B ports are connected respectively to the front and rear oil chambers of the injection cylinder. The P port is connected to a hydraulic power unit. The T port is connected to an oil tank via a shutoff valve for selecting a regular mode or a differential mode. The T port is connected to the rear oil chamber via the logic valve. Alternatively, the rear oil chamber is connected to a hydraulic power unit side via the servo valve; the front oil chamber is connected to an oil tank via the shutoff valve; and the front oil chamber is connected to the P port of the servo valve via the logic valve. The above configuration eliminates or simplifies an additional braking circuit. Also, proper and accurate braking control can be performed.

    摘要: An hydraulic control circuit for an injection molding machine feedback-controls the operations of an injection cylinder by connecting an hydraulic source and an oil tank to a hydraulic actuator through a plurality of servo valves. The plurality of servo valves, such as four-port servo valves, are connected in parallel and a servo valve control function unit is used which controls the servo valves preferentially to the feedback control to permit series or parallel control of the servo valves. Thus, even when the specifications of an injection molding machine require a larger size and higher speed, the size of the injection molding machine is prevented from increasing, the cost is decreased, the response speed and the stability are remarkably improved, and fine control is realized over a wide control range.

    摘要: A first direction shifting valve adapted to supply pressurized hydraulic oil to a hydraulic chamber on the rearward displacement side and discharge hydraulic oil from the hydraulic chamber on the rearward displacement side, and moreover, discharge hydraulic oil from a hydraulic chamber on the forward displacement side is disposed in a hydraulic path extending between a hydraulic pump and an injection cylinder. In addition, a second direction shifting valve adapted to supply pressurized hydraulic oil to a chamber on the forward displacement side is disposed in the foregoing hydraulic path. Additionally, a third direction shifting valve is disposed to build a bleeding-off circuit in cooperation with the second direction shifting valve. While a hydraulic path on the rearward displacement side is blocked by the third direction shifting valve, a hydraulic path on the forward displacement side is hydraulically connected to the tank side. When the third direction shifting valve is shifted to the opposite side so that the hydraulic path on the rearward displacement side is hydraulically connected to the tank side and the hydraulic path on the forward displacement side is blocked by the third direction shifting valve, an injection molding operation can be started. With such construction, a rising time of each injection molding operation can be shortened while pressurized hydraulic oil is preliminarily exerted on the hydraulic chamber on the forward displacement side under the bleeding-off condition.

    摘要: A method of operation for an injection molding machine is disclosed. The injection molding machine includes an injector having an advancable screw and a barrel cylinder, and a mold clamp for holding a mold with a controllable pressure and for allowing the mold to open a controllable amount. In performing the method, preset values are established for a stop position of the advancable screw, a clamping pressure of the mold clamp, and an opening amount for the mold. The screw is advanced up to the preset stop position and stopped thereat. The screw is controlled so as to ensure the location of the screw at the preset stop position for a preset time. Resin is injected from the barrel cylinder into the mold. The mold is clamped with the preset clamping pressure, during the preset time, by operating the mold clamp while maintaining the positioning of the screw at the preset stop position. Further, the mold clamp is operated to controllably allow for opening of the mold during the injecting step, so that the mold is allowed to open to the preset opening amount when the injecting step is completed.
