摘要: A force sensor is disposed on a hand attaching base portion, a finger base on which a pair of fingers are placed so as to be opposed to each other is disposed on a measuring unit of the force sensor, a finger driving mechanism base is disposed on the hand attaching base portion in a manner so as not to be made in contact with none of the force sensor, the finger base and the fingers, finger driving mechanisms are disposed on the finger driving mechanism base so that vectors of driving forces, which allow the pair of the opposed fingers to move so as to open or close, are made face to face with each other within a plane on which the pair of the opposed fingers are moved to open or close so as to be cancelled with each other, with the result that the fingers are driven so as to make the resultant force virtually zero, and an actuator, which is positioned at a place other than the hand attaching base portion, the force sensor, the finger base, or the fingers and the finger driving mechanism base, and drives the finger driving mechanism, is also installed.

摘要: A plane thin-type polymer actuator is provided with a conductive active member serving as a first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer, with at least a first electrolytic layer made in contact with the active member layer. The first electrolytic layer being sealed between the two electrode layers so that, by applying an electric field between the two electrode layers, the active member layer is expanded and contracted. In this structure, the first electrolytic layer is a solid-state electrolyte having a specific elastic modulus, or a liquid-state electrolyte. A holding member is provided to maintain the thickness between the active member layer and the second electrode layer.

In the high-frequency circuit, a first PIN diode is provided in a signal line and a second PIN diode is provided between the signal line and ground so that an attenuating circuit is formed. A power supply is applied to one end of a series circuit composed of two resistors. The other end of the series circuit is connected to ground via a drain-source path of an FET. An AGC voltage is applied to a gate of the FET. A bias voltage in accordance with the AGC voltage is applied to a base voltage of a low-noise amplifier via the first and second PIN diodes so as t control attenuation of the first PIN diode and an operating current of the low-noise amplifier.

摘要: An oscillator circuit includes: oscillating transistors; a resonance circuit that includes varactor diodes each having a cathode to which a control voltage for controlling an oscillation frequency is applied and that is coupled between a collector and a base of each of the oscillating transistors; and a bias power supply that applies the bias voltages to the anodes of the varactor diodes. The bias voltages are given negative temperature characteristics, and a variation in the oscillation frequency caused by a change in the capacitance values of the varactor diodes due to a temperature variation is corrected by varying the bias voltages corresponding to the temperature variation.
