    摘要: A brake control device is provided to a wheel equipped with a tire, which has a function of applying a brake force to the wheel to put a brake thereon while adjusting the brake force. In the device, an acceleration sensor outputs acceleration data in a radial direction of the rotating tire, a predetermined detection range is set with respect to the acceleration data, a threshold value is set with respect to a corresponding part of the acceleration data falling within the detection range, the corresponding part of the acceleration data falling within the detection range is specified. Values of the specified acceleration data are compared with the threshold value, and a control signal for causing a braking device to adjust the brake force thereof is output in a case where some values of the acceleration data are larger than the threshold value.

    摘要: To detect a slip state in a contact region of a rotating tire on a road surface, first, the first radical direction data and the second width direction data of measurement data of acceleration at a tread portion of the rotating tire for a duration corresponding to one round of tire rotation are acquired. Second, time series data of acceleration due to tire deformation is extracted from the first radical direction data and displacement data is obtained by subjecting the time series data of acceleration due to tire deformation to a time integration of second order, thereby a deformation at the tread portion is calculated and a contact region of the rotating tire is determined from the calculated deformation. Next, from the second width direction data, a slip region within the determined contact region is specified based on vibration level of the second data.

    摘要: A method for tire parameter derivation, tire cornering characteristic calculation and tire design is used with a tire dynamic model constituted by using a plurality of tire dynamic element parameters including stiffness and friction coefficient and parameter defining a distribution of contact pressure of the tire. The parameters and tire cornering characteristic are derived by using the combined sum of squared residuals being obtained by weighted addition of a first sum of squared residuals of lateral force and a second sum of squared residuals of self-aligning torque. The tire dynamic model is a model for calculating a lateral force and for calculating a self-aligning torque separately as a lateral force-based torque component generated by the lateral force applied on a contact patch of the tire and a longitudinal force-based torque component generated by a longitudinal force applied on the contact patch of the tire.
