摘要: In the present invention, an integrated control unit simultaneously causes a long-term route generation unit, an intermediate-term route neratio unit, and a short-term route generation unit to begin generating routes when an automatic driving mode is set to an on state by an automatic driving on setting unit, and a vehicle is instantly subjected to automatic driving control using a short-term route prior to the generation of a long-term route. As a result, the present invention provides a vehicle control device that can immediately perform automatic driving control based on a short-term route after the automatic driving mode of the vehicle is set o the on state and, after generating a long-term route in which riding comfort improves a stepwise manner, perform automatic driving control in which the long-term route and an intermediate-term route are taken into account.

摘要: A vehicle control apparatus is provided with: a risk degree determinator configured to determine a risk degree of a preceding vehicle, which runs ahead of a host vehicle, on the basis of at least one of a loading aspect and a behavior associated with the preceding vehicle; a setting device configured to set a passing aspect, which is for the host vehicle to pass the preceding vehicle, and configured to set the passing aspect when it is determined that the risk degree of the preceding vehicle is relatively high, to reduce a risk associated with passing in comparison with the passing aspect when it is determined that the risk degree of the preceding vehicle is relatively low; and a controller configured to control the host vehicle to pass the preceding vehicle in the set passing aspect.

The method of generating a vehicle path includes obtaining a first position of a vehicle; monitoring an occurrence of a positional trigger event; after the occurrence of the positional trigger event, obtaining a second position of the vehicle; and transmitting the first and second positions to a storage device wherein the first and second positions form the path. The disclosure also provides for a system to generate the path of the vehicle. The system includes a vehicle system module configured to perform the various steps described herein.

The input unit inputs status data regarding a status in a moving direction of a moving body apparatus. The prediction unit predicts a collision with an object in the moving direction on the basis of the status data. The recognition unit recognizes whether the object includes a person. The determination unit determines, when the collision with the object is predicted and it is recognized that the object includes a person, a steering direction of the moving body apparatus in which a collision with the person is avoidable, on the basis of the status data.

摘要: A vehicle control apparatus is mounted on a vehicle including an emergency stop function to detect an abnormal state of a driver and automatically stop the vehicle. The vehicle control apparatus provides control at a time of stopping the vehicle and includes process execution sections and a process stop section. The process execution sections perform predetermined emergency processes in response to the emergency stop function stopping the vehicle; the emergency processes control instruments mounted on the vehicle and use a battery of the vehicle as a driving power source. The process stop section stepwise stops at least part of the emergency processes performed by the process execution sections based on a predetermined stop sequence.
