    摘要: A starting clutch includes a clutch inner that is secured to and supported by a drive plate boss fitted to a crankshaft near the end thereof. A one-way clutch is fitted to the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion extending inwardly. A clutch outer forms an annular portion that covers the outer periphery of the drive plate. A hollow disk portion covers the inner surface and is rotatably supported by the crankshaft. The one-way clutch is clamped by the inner peripheral edge of the hollow disk portion of the clutch outer from the outer peripheral side in cooperation with the cylindrical portion of the drive plate boss, and the inner peripheral edge of the hollow disk portion of the clutch outer abuts against a flange portion of the drive plate boss extending along the inner surface of the drive plate in the centrifugal direction thereof.

    摘要: A transmission includes a first shifting part and a second shifting part which shift power of an internal combustion engine, a first shift clutch transmitting and interrupting the power to the first shifting part, and a second shift clutch transmitting and interrupting the power to the second shifting part, and a selection mechanism which selects gear steps. The selection mechanism includes three shifters that are respectively guided by cam grooves of a single shift drum through shift forks. The shifters can be respectively moved to selection positions where the gear steps are selected and to neutral positions where the gear steps are not selected in the first shifting part and the second shifting part. The cam grooves guide the shifters to the selection positions in each of the first shifting part and the second shifting part for each of predetermined rotational positions of the shift drum.

    摘要: An oil pump unit for an internal combustion engine can reduce the number of component parts to configure a simplified pump case, reducing the size and weight thereof. In an oil pump unit has a case cover put on the outside of a crankcase via a spacer and an oil tank chamber formed by the inside surface of the case cover and the spacer. The spacer is formed inside an outer circumferential wall thereof with a division wall which partitions the oil tank chamber from a crank chamber and with one pump case half-body portion forming a half-body of a pump case of an oil pump. Another pump case half-body is joined to the pump case half-body portion to form the pump case. The pump case half-body portion is formed in a lower portion thereof with an oil suction port communicating with a bottom portion of the oil tank chamber.

    摘要: A transmission for an internal combustion apparatus is provided in which a parking lock mechanism is commonly formed with an upstream side portion of a power transmission system of a shift change mechanism, whereby the number of parts is reduced and the parking lock mechanism is compactly incorporated therein to achieve miniaturization of the internal combustion engine. The transmission in which a shift change mechanism performs a shift change in response to an operation of a gear selecting apparatus is configured to include a parking lock mechanism which is driven in an interlocking relationship with a working portion of the shift change mechanism, and if the shift change mechanism is set to the parking position, then a rotary shaft of the transmission is locked against rotation by the parking lock mechanism thereby restricting rotation of the rotary shaft.

A power unit is built compactly in a direction of arrangement of the crankshaft and the gearshift shaft for supporting reliably the gearshift shaft on which heavy, first and second gearshift clutches are supported. A transmission includes a main shaft, disposed in parallel with a crankshaft and rotatably supported in a crankcase, and first and second gearshift clutches. The first and second gearshift clutches change a gearshift position in a first gearshift portion and a gearshift position in a second gearshift portion, respectively. The main shaft includes an outer shaft portion that extends from the crankcase and supports the first and second gearshift clutches. The outer shaft portion is supported by a bearing portion disposed in a front cover on a side opposite to the crankcase across the first and second gearshift clutches.
