摘要: A vehicle transmission includes first and second input gear shafts, an intermediate gear shaft and an output gear shaft. The first input gear shaft has a first torque transmission member, and the second input gear shaft has a first gear wheel. The intermediate gear shaft has second and third gear wheels. The output gear shaft has a fourth gear wheel and a second torque transmission member. The third gear wheel and the fourth gear wheel are arranged to interact with each other for transferring torque from the intermediate gear shaft to the output gear shaft. The first gear wheel and the second gear wheel are arranged to interact with each other for providing a first gear ratio. The first torque transmission member and the second torque transmission member are arranged to interact with each other via a flexible member for providing a second gear ratio.

摘要: Methods and systems for a multi-ratio gear box and a countershaft power-shift transmission are provided. The system contains one or more electric motors coupled to a transmission housing in such that the electric motor does not exceed the highest point of the transmission. A first shaft may be coupled to one or more input speed reduction gear sets. A second shaft may be coupled to a multi-range clutch allowing two speeds. A third shaft may be coupled to a low-speed clutch and a fourth shaft may be coupled to a high-speed clutch, together doubling the number of speeds. The high and low speed clutches provide a large gear spread that allow the twin range clutches to have a reduced gear spread, overall reducing the required size of the transmission system.

摘要: A bicycle gear hub includes an axle, planetary gear modules, one-way clutches and a shift mechanism. The planetary gear modules are connected in series at the axle. The shift mechanism includes a shift actuator and control pawls movably disposed at different positions of the axle. The shift actuator includes recess portions to control opening and closing of a control protrusion of one control pawl, and further to control a sun gear of the corresponding planetary gear module to the axle. When a high gear is shifted to a low gear, a rotational direction of the shift actuator is identical to a rotational direction for closing the control pawl.

摘要: An electric drive system has a group transmission with a main group and a range group with a planetary gear set. First and second input shafts of the main group are respectively coupled with first and second electric engines. An output shaft of the main group is coupled with a first element of the planetary gear set and a second element of the planetary gear set is coupled with an output drive shaft of the group transmission. Two idler wheels are disposed coaxially to the first input shaft and two further idler wheels are disposed coaxially to the second input shaft. The first and second input shafts are coupled with the output shaft via two fixed gears. A first fixed gear engages with the first and third idler wheels and a second fixed gear engages with the second and fourth idler wheels.

摘要: Drive system for an electric vehicle including a first sub-assembly of electric machines kinematically connected to a first common gear, and a second sub-assembly of electric machines kinematically connected to a second common gear. A first set of gear trains is kinematically connecting the first sub-assembly to a secondary shaft capable of driving the driving wheels of the vehicle, wherein a first selective coupling system is arranged to select a first gear train or a second gear train from a neutral position during a gear change phase. A second sub-assembly kinematically connects the second common gear to the secondary shaft. The second sub-assembly of electric machines is controlled so as to supply additional torque making it possible to compensate for the loss of torque resulting from the uncoupling of the first sub-assembly inherent in the gear change.

摘要: A bicycle shifting device includes a first shifting mechanism, a transmission mechanism, and a setting mechanism. The setting mechanism sets paths in the transmission mechanism to transmit rotation from an input body to an output body at transmission ratios of at least three steps. The transmission mechanism establishes a first path transmitting the rotation at one of first and second transmission ratios by changing a rotational speed with the first shifting mechanism, and a second path transmitting the rotation at a greater transmission ratio than the first and second transmission ratios by changing the rotational speed with a different shifting mechanism from the first shifting mechanism. The first path includes first and second planetary mechanisms. The setting mechanism sets the transmission mechanism so that the rotational speed is not changed by the first planetary mechanism in the second path.
