A method and a device for buffering containers in a container treatment plant are disclosed. The containers are stored in single rows by at least one inlet conveyor belt in an inlet direction, are shifted in single rows on a buffer surface transversely adjacent by shuttles with row pushers guided on rails and driven individually into a buffer direction extending transversely to the inlet direction in single rows, and are withdrawn by at least one outlet conveyor belt adjacent to the buffer surface in the buffer direction in an outlet direction extending transversely to the buffer direction, or by at least one planar motor armature that can be driven towards the buffer surface and that is in particular driven two-dimensionally. Thus, the containers can be decelerated/accelerated with respect to the inlet/outlet conveyor belt in a controlled manner.

A blowing mold array includes a blowing mold unit forming a cavity, inside of which plastic preforms are expanded to plastic containers. The blow mold unit includes a blowing mold retainer having at least two mold retainer elements for accommodating parts of the blowing mold unit, and a locking mechanism to arrest at least one part of the blowing mold unit against at least one mold retainer element. The locking mechanism includes an engagement element that can be pivoted and/or shifted relative to a default axis, which in an arrested state abuts a segment of a part of the blowing mold unit. The locking mechanism has an actuating element to loosen the arrest between the mold retaining element and the blowing mold unit. Actuation of the actuating element is coupled with actuation of the engagement element.

The transport apparatus includes a transport track, a plurality of transport elements for transporting one or more containers, wherein the plurality of transport elements is movably arranged on the transport track, at least one special element, which is movably arranged on the transport track and is different from the plurality of transport elements, and an open-loop and/or closed-loop control unit. The transport track, the plurality of transport elements, and the special element are designed in such a way that the plurality of transport elements and the special element can be guided along the transport track in such a way that the plurality of transport elements and the special element are individually controllable by the open-loop and/or closed-loop control unit.

The invention relates to a system for transforming plastics material preforms into plastics material containers having a plurality of blow moulding stations which are arranged on a carrier and in each case comprise a blow mould for expanding plastics material preforms into plastics material containers inside this blow mould by means of a pressurised pneumatic medium which is supplied to the respective blow moulding station via a pressure supply device and which is at least partially extracted again from the respective blow moulding station after the expansion operation via a pressure extraction device. According to the invention it has an energy conversion device, with the aid of which at least part of the potential energy stored in an energy store can be turned into an increase in the potential energy of a pneumatic medium associated with at least one blow mould, wherein the energy conversion device has an intermediate energy storage device, and at least part of the potential energy extracted from the energy store, and the energy transmitted by the energy conversion device, can be stored in the form of kinetic energy in the intermediate energy storage device.

The whereby the transport track has fixed first and second guide rails in the area of the passive track switch as well as linear motor strings that are arranged in parallel to the first and second guide rail. The invention relates to an apparatus for producing plastics material pre-forms from a thermoplastic plastics material (12) with a device (1) for providing flowable thermoplastic plastics material (12), a hot runner tool (2) arranged downstream of the device (1) and a conveying device (4) having a plurality of cavities (3), wherein the hot runner tool (2) has at least one hot runner (5), which is formed in a face (6) of the hot runner tool (2), and the conveying device (4) has a face (7) in which openings (8) for filling the cavities (3) are formed, wherein the faces (6, 7) of the hot runner tool (2) and of the conveying device (4) are capable of being orientated with respect to each other in such a way that they slide one over the other, wherein at least one opening (8) of a cavity (3) is always positioned above the hot runner (5).

A method and a device for buffering containers grouped in a single row in a filling system are described. For this purpose, the containers are entered into storage on at least one infeed conveyor belt in the infeed direction, moved in a single row onto a transversely adjoining buffer area by rail-guided and individually driven shuttles with row pushers in a buffering direction running transverse to the infeed direction, and are removed from storage on at least one outfeed conveyor belt transversely adjoining in the buffering direction. Due to the fact that the row pushers receive the containers in a single row in a guide channel formed/defined by an anterior row guide leading in the buffering direction and by a trailing posterior row guide, the groups of containers can be moved in the buffering direction and positioned precisely, quickly and secured against falling over without back pressure.
