Abstract: A touch display device and a touchscreen panel. Even in the case in which touch electrodes have different sizes or shapes or a located in different positions, a difference in capacitance is not formed among the touch electrodes. High touch sensitivity can be obtained. The touch display device comprises a plurality of touch electrodes, wherein a first touch electrode of the plurality of touch electrodes occupies a first area and comprises first mesh-shaped electrode metal. The touch display device comprises first dummy metal in a same layer as the first mesh-shaped electrode metal and in the first area occupied by the first touch electrode, the first dummy metal being electrically disconnected from the first mesh-shaped electrode metal.

Abstract: Provided is a touch display device. Because a shielding electrode, which is disposed in a non-active area and electrically coupled between a common electrode and a common voltage supply line, is located between a touch routing line and a signal line, the effects of noise caused by the signal line on the touch routing line may be reduced. Further, an encapsulation portion located on the shielding electrode has a planarized structure. The resulting maintenance of a certain distance between the shielding electrode and the touch routing line may reduce noise caused by the signal line from indirectly affecting the touch routing line through the shielding electrode.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to touch display devices. The difference in parasitic capacitance due to the difference in length between the touch routing lines may be reduced by separately arranging touch electrode lines in the active area and connecting the touch routing line connected with each portion of a touch electrode line with the touch routing line connected with each portion of another touch electrode line. Therefore, it is possible to reduce loads and the differences in touch sensing depending on the connection structure and position of the touch routing line by driving the touch electrode line in a double-routing structure. By so doing, the performance of touch sensing may be enhanced.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch panel and a touch display panel, wherein touch electrodes including bodies and wings are arranged so as to interlock with each other to thus reduce a difference in sensing sensitivity depending on position and a movement direction, thereby improving uniformity of touch sensing. In addition, the body and wing of the touch electrode can be arranged so as to be varied in length/width depending on the position thereof, so that the boundary area between the touch electrodes is increased, thereby improving the intensity of a touch-sensing signal, and so that sensing time is reduced, thereby enhancing the performance of touch sensing.

Abstract: Discussed are a touch display panel, a touch display device, and a driving method thereof, wherein a constant voltage is applied to a cathode electrode during a period for sensing a finger touch or a pen touch, thereby performing touch sensing while performing display driving. In addition, a signal having the same phase and potential as the signal applied to the touch electrode is applied to the cathode electrode during a period for transmitting an uplink signal to the pen, thereby eliminating parasitic capacitance between the touch electrode and the cathode electrode, preventing transmission delay of the uplink signal, improving the recognition rate of the uplink signal, and enhancing the performance of pen-touch sensing.
