Provided are a method of selecting carriers and a device supporting the method. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for selecting carriers in a wireless communication system includes: receiving information on carriers and Channel Busy Ratio threshold from a network; selecting at least one carrier of which CBR value is below the CBR threshold; selecting a resource on the selected carrier; and transmitting a medium access control (MAC) packet data unit (PDU) by using the selected resource of the selected carrier.

The present invention discloses a method for transmitting a discovery message in a wireless communication system and an apparatus for the method. More specifically, a method for transmitting a discovery message in a wireless communication system supporting communication between user equipments (UEs) comprises estimating, by a UE, an energy level over an energy detection interval configured within a discovery resource pool; determining, by the UE, a discovery resource region of the UE on the basis of the estimated energy level; selecting, by the UE, a discovery resource for transmitting a discovery message within the determined discovery resource region; and transmitting, by the UE, the discovery message from the selected discovery resource.

A method of a second user equipment (UE) for receiving sidelink data in a wireless communication system comprises receiving configuration information related to a resource pool for sidelink communication from a base station, receiving sidelink control information (SCI) from a first UE, and receiving the sidelink data from the first UE based on the SCI. The SCI is received based on a monitoring related to the SCI. Based on a slot in which the SCI is received, an active time related to sidelink (SL) discontinuous reception (DRX) is determined. Based on a resource pool including the slot in which the SCI is received, whether to perform an operation related to the SL DRX is determined.

An embodiment is a method for operating a sidelink remote UE in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps in which the remote UE: receives information related to measurement and reporting from a base station; performs a measurement on one or more candidate relay UEs; performs measurement reporting to the base station; and performs a PC5 connection establishment procedure with a target relay UE determined on the basis of the measurement reporting, wherein the remote UE transmits a cause value, related to failure to establish the connection, to the base station on the basis of a connection failure related to the target relay UE, and maintains a connection with the base station.

The method comprises the steps of: acquiring information related to a sidelink (SL) resource pool; triggering a resource selection procedure; and determining a plurality of SL candidate resources in the SL resource pool within a selection window on the basis of the resource selection procedure being triggered, wherein information related to collision resources is transmitted from a medium access control (MAC) layer of a first device to a physical layer of the first device, and the collision resources can be excluded from the plurality of SL candidate resources.

According to an embodiment, an operation method for a remote UE in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, by a remote UE, information related to a positioning reference signal (PRS) transmitted by a plurality of base stations; receiving, by the remote UE, a plurality of PRSs from at least some of the plurality of base stations; and measuring, by the remote UE, a reference signal Time difference measurement (RSTD) of each pair of the plurality of PRSs, wherein the at least some of the base stations must include, among the base stations measured by the remote UE, a base station having the best signal strength or a recommended base station of the remote UE.
