    摘要: In an embodiment, a method for manufacturing a thin layer chromatography (“TLC”) plate is disclosed. The method includes forming a layer of elongated nanostructures (e.g., carbon nanotubes), and at least partially coating the elongated nanostructures with a coating. The coating includes a stationary phase and/or precursor of a stationary phase for use in chromatography. The stationary phase may be functionalized with hydroxyl groups by exposure to acidified water vapor or immersion in a concentrated acid bath (e.g., HCl and methanol). At least a portion of the elongated nanostructures may be removed after being coated. Embodiments for TLC plates and related methods are also disclosed.

Another method for interface negotiation and apparatuses for interface negotiation in an NMS are disclosed as well. The matching IRP version information can match functional interface IRP, data definition IRP and NRM IRP of a managing unit with those of a managed unit, thus guaranteeing correct interaction between the managing unit and the managed unit, and greatly reducing the influence on the whole NMS after the network is partly updated.

    摘要: Fresh produce is preserved by coating the exterior surface of the produce with a coating composition comprising an aqueous solution of from about 0.5 to about 4 percent by weight of a cellulose derivative, preferably sodium carboxymethylcellulose, from about 0.05 to about 0.5 percent by weight of konjac, and from about 0.03 to about 0.1 percent by weight of surfactant, preferably dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate. Optional constituents include antimicrobials, plasticizers and antifoaming agents. The coating composition is effective to control respiratory exchange, i.e., the passage of gases, particularly oxygen, ethylene, carbon dioxide and water vapor, into and out of the produce, thereby to control maturation and ripening of the produce.

    摘要: The present invention relates to the field of genetic engineering drugs, particularly to a novel B cell activating factor (BAFF) antagonist and use thereof. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to find a new and effective selection for the prevention and treatment of autoimmune diseases. The B cell activating factor receptor antagonist is mainly obtained by the fusion of the domain 2 binding BAFF in TACI receptor and the domain binding BAFF in Br3 receptor, and it also can be fused with a Fc segment of IgG1 to obtain a new fusion protein molecule. Experiments indicate that said new fusion protein molecule has the function of BAFF antagonist, which can treat the autoimmune diseases, and supply a new and effective selection for the prevention and treatment of the autoimmune diseases.
