The disk has a recording surface for recording data and an opposite non-recording surface for printing label. The disk at least includes a light-sensitive layer and a thermo-sensitive layer. The light-sensitive layer disposed near the non-recording surface. After receiving laser light, the light-sensitive layer transforms the laser light into thermal energy. The thermo-sensitive layer is disposed near the light-sensitive layer. The color of the thermo-sensitive layer can form an optical pattern after receiving the thermal energy.

    摘要: The present invention provides an optical disc which includes a substrate, a groove, a first recordable material layer, a reflective layer, a second recordable material layer, a protective layer, and a label layer. The groove is formed on a surface of the substrate. The reflective layer is formed over the first recordable material layer which is formed over the groove. Moreover, the protective layer is formed over the second recordable material layer while the second recordable material layer is formed over the reflective layer. Finally, the label layer is formed over the protective layer such that an area of the protective layer is exposed. The label layer thereon is used to form an image by the use of an optical pickup unit. More particularly, the second recordable material layer, below the exposed area of the protective layer, is used to record or read the information relative to the image on the second recordable material layer.

The microinjection apparatus comprises a substrate, a manifold, at least one fluid chamber, and at least one thermal sensing film. The manifold is formed on the substrate for containing the fluid therein. The at least one fluid chamber is also formed on the substrate and in communication with the manifold. Furthermore, the fluid chamber has a respective orifice and a respective heater disposed adjacent to the orifice. In addition, the thermal sensing film corresponds to the fluid chamber and is formed on a surface adjacent to the orifice. It should be noticed that the thermal sensing film has a respective color changeable in response to a heat generated during operation of the corresponding heater.

Because of the varied surface energies on the top of the bubble-generating section, the varied backfilling velocities of the fluid of the front end and the rear end cause fluid moving when a bubble vanishes. The top surface of the bubble-generating section is subjected to a particular surface treatment to form a surface energy gradient. Examples of surface treatment include sputtering a thin film with varied densities or thickness, radiating one or multi-layer thin films by a laser beam, etc.
