A mowing machine includes a harvesting mechanism which extends during mowing transversely to a working direction, and a lightening device for the harvesting mechanism which includes at least one elastically deformable member whose action can be adjusted by way of an adjustment device connected to the elastically deformable member. The elastically deformable member can include a deformable envelope which contains a gas under adjustable pressure. The adjustment device can include a supply circuit provided with at least one electrovalve or gate connected to the deformable envelope. In an alternative embodiment, the adjustment device can include at least one jack connected to a mechanical spring, and a supply circuit provided with at least one gate or electrovalve connected to the jack. A farm machine, and a connecting and transmission device for a farm machine are provided in which the farm machine possesses various degrees of freedom with respect to a tractor vehicle. The connecting assembly includes a tow-bar having a primary tow-bar connected to two lower bars of a tractor hitching device, and a secondary tow-bar connected to a body which is equipped with work elements. A connecting and transmission device links the primary tow-bar to the secondary tow-bar. The assembly and connecting arrangements of the assembly provide a great range of mobility with respect to an axis extending approximately in the direction of advance, with the connecting and transmission device improved from a standpoint of the transmission of forces, with the primary tow-bar connected to the front and to the back of the connecting and transmission device.
Abstract:
A soil-working farm machine including a frame 1 provided with a device 20 for hitching to a tractor vehicle. At least one row 6, 7 of two bars 2, 3, or 4, 5 equipped with soil-working tools 21 and having a phase opposition movement is connected to said frame by a plurality of oscillating arms 9, 10, 11, 12. The phase opposition movement is generated by a mechanism for transformation of the rotary movement received from a driving source into a reciprocating movement crosswise to the forward direction. The mechanism includes a connecting rod-eccentric device 22 supported by the frame 1. The connecting rod 30, 31, 32, 33 serve to transmit the reciprocating movement to corresponding bars 2, 3, 4, 5. The oscillating arms 9, 10, 11, 12 are connected, on the one hand, to the frame 1 by a connection 13, 15, 17, 15 with an axis directed at least approximately parallel to the forward direction 8 and, on the other hand, to the corresponding bar 2, 3, 4, 5 by a connection 14, 16, 18, 19 with an axis also directed at least approximately parallel to the forward direction. Each connecting rod 30, 31, 32, 33 is connected by a connection 35 with an axis directed at least approximately parallel to the forward direction 8 to an oscillating arm 10, 12 of the corresponding bar 2, 3, 4, 5.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a mower comprising first and second processing rollers, drive elements that are used to drive one of the first and second processing rollers and transmission elements that transmit the movement of rotation from one of the processing rollers to the other. The transmission elements are installed in a housing and the housing comprises a first part and a second part, connected to one another by a joint with a geometric axis directed at least approximately parallel to the axes of rotation of the processing rollers. Each of the parts of the housing is, in addition, mounted to pivot at least approximately around the axis of rotation of the corresponding processing roller.
Abstract:
A mower includes a frame having a connecting mechanism for connecting the frame to a motor vehicle. The mower also includes at least one harvesting mechanism which comprises cutting elements and is connected to the frame through a suspension device. The suspension device permits the displacement in height of the harvesting mechanism relative to the frame. The mower further includes a lightening device operatively connected to the harvesting mechanism and comprising at least one spring connected directly to the harvesting mechanism. The lightening device makes it possible to reduce the pressure with which the harvesting mechanism rests on the ground by transferring a part of the weight of the harvesting mechanism to the frame.
